who will win the Euros? (36 votes)

‘Ruben Conista’ has been appointed the Castilla Manager on a 1 year deal worth £12,000 a year.
This young Spanish manager was bought to the club by Jose Mourinho as a youth coach working alongside Zidane with the youth players…after the sad illness of the then Castilla manager Juan Politto…Ruben went to Jose’s office demanding talks.
Jose was so impressed with Ruben’s vision he appointed him Castilla manager…this young 28year old man had the chance he had been craving….a chance to cut his teeth and make a name for himself.
Ruben has only been at the club 30 months…

Jose Mourinho stated in an interview “ Ruben has all the characteristics to be a top manager, I was so impressed in our interview and his all round performance day in day out at the club”

“I see myself in him a lot”

Conista was asked how he felt: “I am delighted to get this chance and am forever in Jose’s debt, I see this as a great opportunity…lets see what happens”.

“I like to play attractive football but with a lot of possession, but we must not forget being solid at the back…I know the budget isn’t good at Castilla but very persuasive and lets see what I can get out of the board”.
wow, great introduction, and starting in castiila apoointed by mourinho is a good backstory! go castilla! go spanish mourinho!

Some good signings here especially the brazilian influence ive bought to my midfield...was shocked when these two wanted to come...when they signed they stated they were looking forward to working with Mourinho not me (Things will change).

Also guys i bought Guti in on a 2 week trial (Legend) but whenever i offer contract hes not interested, why bloody come on trial then lol.
Jose Mourinho has bought wellington nem & dodo for combined £6M each and hes passed them on to me for Castilla team :)
This should be interesting. Will be following!!!!!!!!!! ;) :)

LOL about the Guti thing! Felipe Anderson will be good, try to sign him up permanently if you can.
Ok so Jose Mourinho or someone has decided to sell my best right back, Daniel Carvajal the new Sergio Ramos...
Malaga came in for him for wait for it...£170k when hes worth easily £1M. i couldnt even go in sqaud status and change him from not needed!! hes quality dont know why he wasnt needed.

Pre-Season stand out results:

Espanyol 0-2 Castilla
Castilla 1-0 Barcelona B
That sucks! But good for you triumphing over Barcelona B. Must have been a great reserve match.

The derby reserve match was very firey lol it was tense too as morale would have been low if i had lost, but i want these players to be pushed!!
Ruben Conista has fallen out with his assistant manager Francisco Garcia over parts of the training schedule...

After considering all his options, Ruben has acted swiftly to terminate the contract of his assistant and ISN'T appointing another one. This will be yet another great test for this manager as he has to do it all alone.

Ruben bought in Eduardo Valcarcel a top coach from the spanish national set up.

League Updates coming soon!!!
Ouch, having no assistant manager will be a pain in the ass.
