Europa League against Copenhagen, after matches against Valencia, PSG and Bayern? KuPS has hit the big time!
I do have to admit that I do buy quite a lot of players, youth in particular. However, this does mean that my U-19 squad is full of players to either move up to the first team or to sell for a profit in the future.

Thank you. I feel that if I can reach the groups once, I can do it again and my group wasn't the kindest group to be in.

There is also another signing coming up in August 2013, although he cost quite a bit.

Thank you. I just want to continue impress and to give the community a joy when they read this. :)

KuPS Ride Away Goal Advantage Through Kobenhavn's Waves of Attack

"It was a tough game, I won't lie. Kobenhavn managed to attack and defend really well. We had our chances but we had to rely on our away goals to pull us through."

Unfortunately Etchu (Tabe) adn Stefan (Strandberg) will be suspended for the first leg against Bilbao which will have a big affect as they are our two strongest centre backs. We do have a strong squad though and this will give Pieteri Holopainen and Pyry Karkkainen a chance to reclaim their spots in the first team."

"We have a very tough fixture against Bilbao in the Last 16 but if our form against Spannish teams (Valencia) is anything to go by, than it should be a game that we can win."

One request, in some of the interviews you use yellow text (for your replies), and that comes out completely unreadable, at least on my monitor here, against a white background... could you avoid using the yellow, please?

Kudos on the continuing success of the project. It's really hard when you go into the UCL with a "lesser" squad, isn't it? But you only gain the right experience by going through it...

Yeah, I realised that yellow is a poor colour a few days ago and I have reverted to just black italics for my responses in interviews. Thank you for your input as I wasn't sure if it as just me who was struggling with the colour clash.

Yeah, the Champions League is tough for a "lesser team" but, to be honest, I think that the AI exaggerate complacency in this game and we have had a fair amount of free rides in Europe against PAOK, Olympiakos and most notably Valencia. This is not to say that my team isn't strong, the game rewards the weaker team too much is all.

So, that is that. Stay tuned.

Bilbao Releases Llorente From His Cage

"We didn't expect to get a result from this fixture and we didn't. Of course we tried our best to get a result but Athletic were strong today and deserved the win. I'm happy with the away goal and it will be vital for us for the second leg."

"Unfortunately Strandberg and Tabe were suspended for this game but Karkkainen and Holopainen played well. I think that the best player today was Llorente. He played brilliantly today, getting a goal and an assist."

"We still have the second leg to overturn this deficit and I believe that we can overturn this deficit."

Athletic Hang On Courtesy Of Llorente

"We were unlucky today. We played our football but so did Athletico. I think the fact that we gave Athletico a tough test shows how much we have progressed as a club."

"Svanback's goal was not fortunate in my opinion. He whipped the free-kick in to a dangerous area and Athletico failed to clear the ball which meant that we got the goal. Obiefule's goal was great too. A lovely lob over the 'keeper."

"We did very well in Europe so fsr. We have another set of Champion's League Qualifiers to look forward to."

League Cup Qtr Final Draw

KuPS Destroy VPS In Second Half Display

"It was 1-1 at H/T. I told the players that the should be playing much better than how they had played and they scored four to secure us a comfortable win."

"Unfortunately Etchu is injured and will be out for around four weeks. Hopefully when he comes back he will be stronger than ever."

"We are through to the semi-finals now and we want to win this competition. Hopefully we can win it for the second time in three years."

League Cup Semi-Final Draw

Another Final For Heighway's Men

What was going on in my head after the result: YYYYYYEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!

"Another final for us! We were brilliant today and the scoreline suggests that. Honka gave us a good run but we were more clinical."

"We have been excellent and the players deserve another trophy. They've won five already and a sixth is not out of the option for us."

"Raymond has been in splendid form. He has just been out of this world. I hope that he keeps up his form, he can win trophies on his own."

League Cup Final Draw

Another Trophy For Heighway's Treasure Chest

YES!! Another trophy for us! Half a dozen and still going.

YLE Reporter - "Another trophy for you and your team and in dramatic fashion. You must be over the moon."

"Yeah, winning the League Cup after a penalty shoot-out is always exciting. I was certaintly nervous when it came down to spot-kicks."

"Your team scored just two of their five penalties. I presume your team haven't practiced their penalties."

"I don't think that a manager can expect to go to penalties. We want to win the game in normal time but if we can't, it comes down to a battle of wits and we won this battle."

Stay tuned for more epicness!
