In yet another game in which KuPS dominated, running out three-one winners, Antti Hynynen's second goal was a goal to remember.

KuPS won a free-kick on the edge of the box. Instead of shooting, Miika Ilo opted to pass to Antti Hynynen on his right. The in-form striker-turn-winger scored a beautiful first-time strike to sink RoPS and their fans.

KuPS Goal of the Season 2011 No.3

Heighway's first game in charge ended in a two-nil win for KuPS in a tough away fixture. The first goal, by Abdoulaye Sylla was one of the greatest goals ever seen in the Finnish League Cup.

Abdoulaye Sylla got the ball just outside the box and skinned multiple defenders inside the box before striking home a perfectly executed finish.

Paul Obiefule scored a very Gerrard-esque, long-range effort here and celebrated in style. This goal was viewed over 800,000 times on the popular video networking site Youtube. Goal Number One will be posted at exactly 9.30 P.M. GMT tonight be there or be square.

KuPS Goal of the Season 2011 No.1

Due to a recent turn of events, I will have to post the goal of the season now rather than later. Some may not agree with my choice but I though that this goal deserved it.

In a six-one trashing of IFK Mariehamn in their own back yard, Miika Ilo scored the pick of the goals with this.

After a bit of football tennis between the two sides, Ilja Venalainen teed the ball up for Miika Ilo who took a touch and struck a perfectly-hit volley which went in off the post.

Hey guys, I will post the results of the three remaining Europa League Group Stage matches today, transfres will be posted after that (today if I'm lucky, tomorrow if I'm not).

Hey guys, sorry for not making the updates that I promised but I dislocated my shoulder in a car crash two days ago which prevented me from posting those updates. However, this injury means I am out of work for sixe weeks (on paid absence of course) so I will be able to post more regularly, provided my girlfriend isn't bringing me to places. Thank you for your patience.

KuPS' Treble Winning Tactic

KuPS' 4-5-1

It is what it is: a 4-5-1. I have the full-backs on "support". I play with a DM, a BWM(S) and a CM(A) in midfield. This brings balance to the midfield and allows for attacking and defensive play. My wingers are attacking and up front is my Poacher. The reason the striker is playing as a poacher is that I don't need him to drop deeper, to hold up the ball, etc. All he needs to do is to score goals or set up goals. Simple. The team is playing under a fuid, attacking system with very direct passing. They play a high-tempo, wide play. Defensively, we utilise the Zonal Marking method. I hope you all enjoy this tactic as much as I have.

There wasn't much that we could do, we were simply outclassed. Possession was only slightly in their favour but the shot count was 4-22. Our 'keeper, Miika Hilander put in a valiant performance but there isn't much you can do when Adebayor is hungry for goals. He opened the scoring on 65' and played a role in Kranjkar's goal on 89'. At the end of the day, a 2-0 Loss was a fair result.

It was a game which Dinamo Bucharest were expexted to win, they missed numerous chances. Ilja Venalainen gave us the lead after twenty-one minutes. We conceded a pnealty just five minutes later but a terrific save by Miika Hilander denied Ionel Danciulescu an equaliser. Marius Niculae did equalise though, with a thumping shot on 35'. KuPS managed to hold out as Dinamo Bucharest missed chances left, right and cenre. Miika Ilo claimed a winner for KuPS with ten minutes remaining to claim KuPS' first ever win in the group stages of a European competition.

A very good result against a very good team. We managed to dominate the game but when AEK attacked, they were dangerous. Credit has to go to our defence who kept legendary striker Eidur Gudjohnsen quiet. Miika Ilo had another tremendous game and is proving why he is rated one of the best wingers in Finland.

Europa League Review

Our Europa League run was very good for a Finnish team, getting to the group stages and finishing with four points. We overperformed in this competition and our fans were in ecstasy throughout the competition.
