Here is my story of struggling League One side Walsall F.C

These are my local and supported side since I can remember, not alot of people know who we are, but I'm happy that way as their will be no pressure on us to succeed as nobody either thinks we can do what we could 10years ago.

Walsall Football Club are an English association football club based in Walsall, West Midlands. They currently play in League One. The club was founded in 1888 as Walsall Town Swifts, an amalgamation of Walsall Town F.C. and Walsall Swifts F.C. The club was one of the founder members of the Second Division in 1892, but have spent their entire existence outside of English football's top division

Walsalls prediction for the upcoming Npower League One campaign is Mid-Table with probably the lowest budget in League One, so will be looking for free transfers and loan signings

Up next Pre-season friendlies
Can't wait to see how this goes, getting bored of all those chosing EPL clubs. Good luck!
with the right signings who knows, be tough with budget therefore will have to make the right ones along with frees, a push for promotion could on the cards if get in good squad of players but im sure have nou doubts of achieveing prediction

Recently asked for a Parent Club and this is what my Chairman brought forward
    Newcastle United
    Southampton
    Tottenham Hotspur

who should I pick?
Southampton: Good youth, so good reserves, so good loanies. but they are in the championship, so your link would get cut in about 3 years due to promotion.
Newcastle: Sorry, don't think they are good enough.
Tottenham Hotspur: YES, i am a WHU supporter, but this is your best choice, i'd go for Spurs due to them being top 6 pretty much every time.
After deep negioating withing all the clubs, I believe that Tottenham Hotspur can help my club go forward as they have good young potential within their squad.

Sounding good! :)

I'm new here so HI everyone! No feeling beats going through the lower leagues to success.

Good luck :D
Thanks Obmiller23 :) I want to take my Walsall to the EPL as this league we have never reached!
Best of luck, and I am sure you will reach the dizzy heights of the EPL!

I'll be following......
Thanks Kiwi, I will try my best to get Walsall to the EPL but its going to be very hard as we never have anymoney to spend with them. Also with the club indebt we dont have anything to spend.
I will be following! looking at your pre-season results i think your target should be top 10 if not play-off it will be a very exiting if you can get to championship in one season ! good luck ;)
When will be next update?
Will be doing next update shortly.

Benik Afobe - Walsall

Result

Walsall 3 Wycombe 0

A good start to the Npower League One Campaign with a win against relegation side Wycombe, good first team debut goals from Rohan Ricketts and young Arsenal loanee Benik Afobe, I hope to build on this win going into my next match in the League Cup First Round against Rochdale
