Matthew Lowton
After flopping in his first season at Aston Villa after joining from hometown club Sheffield United, Lowton was offered to clubs and Malaga snapped up the 23-year-old Englishman on loan.
Federico Macheda
20-year-old Italian striker Macheda plays for the Reserves at Manchester United and wants more first-team game time, hence a loan move to Malaga.
Jesse Joronen
Released by Fulham in the summer, 19-year-old Finnish keeper Joronen was soon recruited by Gary Neville on a free transfer and he will play backup to Wilfredo Caballero.
Danny Wilson
Another loan signing, 20-year-old Scottish defender Wilson, comes in from Liverpool on loan to cover first-team defenders Demichelis and Forlin after a very impressive loan spell at Brighton last season.
