Hi Sniper, thanks so much for your works of encouragement and support. I am honoured and proud (almost) like a new father that I inspired people to follow my updates and that FMScout - kudos to Stam and the others that work silently in the background - has allowed me to find like minded people and we in turn, encourage each other to keep the faith in our team and our managerial abilities.
It is also true that Akash did contact me after I needed to take a break due to personal circumstances. But, probably due to my style of writing, it is somewhat slow moving and not helped by the fact I didn't play for about five or six weeks, in game time, I have only advanced about 18 months. If I had been able to play in game for say five years, and managed more than one team, it may have been appropriate.
There is always FM13 though :-)
And in the same breath, I would like to acknowledge Snipers help in helping me come to terms with the South African league and all the quirks involved. It would have been a far more difficult league to compete in if it had not been for his help and guidance.

Hello, Sniper. Thank you for including me in your list as one of the best stories of the year. I wouldn't consider myself to be a part of this list, simply because I didn't do enough in the game. I just abandoned it after the save got buggy. As for Kiwi, I would like to inform you that I personally contacted him for our "Hall of Fame" stories because he will be a part of it His story inspired a number of people to write a story, including myself. However, he is still in 2013-14 season in game and didn't have enough progress to be a story here. Although nominating him for the "Most challenging story" will be an honour, him being in the HoF will be much better, don't you think?
As for Glenn, he is a kid. He'll get his chance next year
