There are 2 ways you can help.
(1) Gather player pictures from around the web.
(2) Do (1) then use your Photoshop skills to create the finished pictures, ready for use in-game.
Quality: Try to find pictures of good quality. If you find pixelized pictures, please ignore them.
Where to find pictures
One of the best places to look for top quality player pictures is the official website of UEFA.
The next best place too look is the official website of the club you're trying to find pictures for.
Finally, the last best place is Google Image Search.
Quick Instructions
Open the PSD, paste your player picture of choice (as a new layer), press Ctrl and left-click on the circle layer to get your selection, create a new layer via copy with the circular player face, apply scope style on it.
