Okay, this is my first ever Football Manager full save (done a challenge, to test the game out) and im doing it with Hull. This is because they are my local team here in England (I reside in Kingston-Upon-Hull), even though i have only lived here for two years.

Now, abit of friendly information about my Manager i will be using-

NAME: Fabio Casablanca
BORN: August 10, 1981
NATIONALITY(S): Qatari/Moroccoan
EXPERIENCE: Semi-Professional Footballer

Hope to have fun playing this game :-)
Casablanca to take hotseat-

It was announced at a press conference at the Circle, that Egyptian owner Assem Allam would be firing Steve Bruce in what was a shock move and in an even more surprising move, hiring Qatari former semi-professional player Fabio Casablanca to become manager. Casablanca is not a well-known manager at all, but its known that he was a RB/RM when he played and was decent as a player. Hull fans have high expectations for him. It's up to him, to live up to those expectations.
Handling The First Rumour Of His Career-

Football365.com have said that its being believed that Hull and their manager Fabio Casablanca are interested in Norwich City's striker Chris Martin, although his 2.6 million pricetag might be a stumbling block.

Fabio has stated that these rumour's arent true at this moment in time, as he is looking to give his own players the chance to shine first before looking to bring in someone like Martin. He did leave an opening in the future for a move though.
James Chester Will Not Be Moving-

A report was seen on the guardian's website, about Celtic planning a 3.1 million dollar move for James Chester but Fabio came out and said that theres no way James is moving for any price at this moment in time.
Casablanca Seeks Balance-

After the opening press conference to debut him formally as the new manager of Hull City A.F.C, Fabio Casablanca was asked by a reporter from Sky Sports News what his strategy would be going into the season ahead, giving a calm reply of "We have to have balance. It's of no use to us if we can score, but not defend a lead".
Youth Facility's To Be Upgraded-

Franco Casablanca met with the board today, and managed to convince them to upgrade the youth facility's, so that future players can be built from within. Its a much needed boost, for the injury stricken club at this moment in time.

sTwo Signings Arrive In Hull-

(Christiano Zanetti, free)

(Daniel Gustavson, 300k, AIK)

Fabio Casablanca is pleased to announce the signings of 2 new players, in Chistiano Zanetti and Daniel Gustavson. He believes that these 2 can have an impact from the beginning of there careers in Hull, which is especially true for Zanetti. Despite Zanetti being 35, Fabio thinks his experience at the top level of football will only help the team. As for Gustavson, he is viewed as a player who will become a consistent player for The Tigers as he develops.
Two More Signings + Another Rumour-

(Jamie Mackie, 7 month loan, QPR)

(Morten Barre, 10k, Vilerenga)

2 new players have come in, with Mackie being on loan from QPR. Fabio has stated that he was signed to be a starting XI player and is likely to be just that. Barre was signed for his experience, despite being 36 years old, and will help Hull's younger players develop farther.

The rumour according to Mirrorfootball.co.uk, is that Hull are interested in signing Lee Wallace and when pressed for comment, Fabio would state that it's not the case at this moment in time although might happen sometime in the future.
Feel free to give thoughts on where i can improve and what im doing well so far :-).
Holding a team meeting-

I decided to tell the team to meet me at ten a.m down at the training facility's, so that I could not just formally introduce myself to them as a team (even though we had already been through training sessions, I thought it would be good to let them know what I wanted from them) and to get them all on the same page. Here are the results of that meeting:

Needless to say, I was pleased that they were willing to accept me as their manager and hopefully I can get them playing good, responsible football as we work our way through the season.
Response to the Trial Day Invite-

Fabio looked through his messages and saw that he had received an invite to the "English Trial Day", set for the 20th of August. as he has commitment's with the team that day, he cant personally attend but has sent his scouting team along to it to see who should be picked up in order to bolder Hull's stocks for the season ahead.
Capital One Cup First Round Draw

"We've been given a winnable tie, although I wont be promising a win as Oldham are still a tough team to beat and we know nothing less than our best, will get the job done."
Franco Casablanca, talking on Sky Sports News.
Thanks for viewing this story people. 100 views already is awesome :-D. Dont be afraid to comment.
Friendly Results-

This was a match we expected to lose and did, even though we did manage to get to 2-2 at one point.

This match I thought we couldve won and we did, thanks to some good all-around work from the team and the determination to bounce back from the 2-5 loss to Grenada.

We stuck to what worked in this match, and came out with the confidence boosting win. I was happy with the effort we put forth in this match and the result that came with it.

Despite losing, Im happy with the effort that the lads put into this match, considering I thought we would lose 0-3 or something like that. The result wasnt what mattered here though, but the performance.

Hibernian arent a bad team, so a 0-2 loss isnt that poor a result, although i wish we had of worked harder to try and score, or atleast put pressure on their GK.

A tough team and a good result. I was confident of a result going into this match, and we delivered.

An expected result, against a non-league team.

We went 1-0 up and fought hard in this match, despite losing 1-3. I was okay with the performance but we all know we have too work harder, if we are to get any where in the Championship this season.
Press Conference Before Professional Managerial Debut-

Fabio Casablanca went into this press conference, before the match with Oldham in the Capital One Cup, admitting that this would be a tough match but that Hull were ready for it and motivated. Although Hull are favourites and expected to win easily, Fabio wasnt buying into over confidence and just wants to ensure his team works on the basics and doesnt under estimate there competition.
