It was just like any season really, this a bit different because I'd had doubts, but that shouldn't affect what I have to say to them all. Just play it cool, 100% motivation, with a hint of aggression. That'll do it.

That's ironic considering only Joe Hart, Micah Richards, Rodwell, Barry, Milner, Sinclair and Lescott are the only people in the City squad that can have a meaningful conversation with each other

I think I'll change how we go about tactics slightly, instead I will only focus on one during Pre-Season, and introduce another one during the season.
