Pre-Season Results

"I couldn't have wished for a better Pre-season. It was bloomin' marvelous. I had four games playing the Senior Squad players and the strongest Reserves, and two games, which are really obvious, playing the weaker Reserves, and the U18's Team. The two boys below grabbed the most goals out of the six games, which is looking good, seeing as Chicharito will have Rooney and van Persie to contend with now. Whereas Cleverley is a buzzing prospect that still needs to make a bigger name for himself. Hatem Ben Arfa also claimed his first goal in the first match of the Training Camp in China.

From one place, to another...

http://e1.365dm.com/12/01/660x350/Transfer-Centre-Panel-Promo-Clockwatch-Deadli_2697965.jpg

"Hello and welcome here today for some more exciting news in the transfer world. We're already half way through August and surprisingly Manchester United have been the team with most of the action. They have already gained Ben Arfa for almost nothing from Newcastle, and now they have secured youngster Jack Butland for £5M. All together they have spent a total of £9M but that is all paid for by the money from Juventus who have managed to bring in Jonny Evans for a fee of £10.25M. Also down from the Manchester United hierarchy we've heard that no less that 14 players have been loaned out to clubs all over Europe, the most notable players being Powell, Henriquez, Brady, W. Keane and Wooton.
Now, moving on, Raul Albiol has made a move to Italian outfit AC Milan for a fee around £7M from Real Madrid. Also moving away from Real Madrid to Italian giants Juventus in Jose Callejon in a deal that would cost Juve £7.75M. Stevan Jovetic makes a quickfire to move to Chelsea for £23M, whereas over in the Northern part of England, Sunderland's James McClean moves to Swansea for £4M. That is it for transfer news for now, however we will be back shortly to bring you more news on the situation with Marek Hamsik and Manchester City, goodbye."

Overview:
Jack Butland Manchester United (£5,000,000)
Angelo Henriquez, Nick Powell, Robbie Brady, Will Keane and Scott Wooton Various Clubs (Loan)
Jonny Evans Juventus (£10,250,000)
Raul Albiol AC Milan (£7,000,000
Jose Callejon Juventus (£7,750,000
Stevan Jovetic Chelsea (£23,000,000
James McClean Swansea (£4,000,000)

2 questionable pieces of business, in my book. I don't understand the purchase of ben Arfa, and I don't see why you would sell Evans...

It's interesting to see you play as Fergie. But your Fergie somehow seems to be vastly different from the real life Fergie. This one seems quite cushiony. :D

I just don't like Evans, I've had bad experiences with him and the way I play, I know that he isn't the best when I put him in. Ben Arfa? £4,000,000, four million, plus a brazilian I would that was going anyway. I see it as a brilliant move in the market. + How can I be more like the 'real' fergie? :P

Infrastructure is the key to success

"After the game against Juventus I announced in a Press Conference that I would be making change to the staff. We need more coaches, and better quality scouts. I had assured myself several times that this wouldn't affect anything, and upset the way things work and how efficient they are."

Just remember to call Newcastle a "wee club" :P

Ferguson seen with Dawson and Bale

Sky Sports News Reporter: "Hello and welcome back to more about the 'Mystery Man'. We are back here at White Hart Lane to see Alex Ferguson heading out of the grounds with both Michael Dawson and Gareth Bale. Rumour has it he has made a swoop for both of them, whereas others suggest just one. Alex Ferguson will hold a Press Conference at Old Trafford in the next couple of hours, we will bring it to you shortly. Goodbye"

Maybe Ferguson likes a threesome ;)
