There I was, cheering for my home team Norwich City three years ago when we were in League One. Of course, my idol is and will always be Paul Lambert, the man that took Norwich to the Premier League and steering them to a safe place. He left us, for Aston Villa and Chris Hughton was appointed manager few weeks after. I knew he had done some good work, but also some bad work at his former clubs. As a 26 year old Norwich fan and un-employed manager, I wanted to take my team to the Europa League and I imagined doing so.

Chris Hughton has been sacked and many websites have been saying that this happened due to a fight between Hughton and Jonny Howson. Now, who will take the spot in Norwich? Bookies have made Roberto Di Matteo a favourite, but rumours are spinning around that it could be Mauricio Pellegrino, former Valencia manager. Another favourite for the job is Steve Kean, though the bookies make him an unlikely choice for Norwich. Then, rookie manager Jeremy Pauker has been booked as the most unlikely choice.
Roberto Di Matteo and Mauricio Pellegrino have both rejected approaches from Norwich City as they believe that they will be relegated no matter what! Steve Kean is known to be talking with Norwich chairman, though reports are saying that rookie manager Jeremy Pauker is also speaking to the chairman and is expected to sign with them in the next 24 hours.
God I was nervous, speaking with the chairman of my favourite team, Norwich City. As I headed to the room to have a chat with the board and explain my plans if I was to take the reigns of Norwich City. I explained the board that I could take them to Europa League by the second season and their eyes were wide open. Now they were listening. I showed them my plans to make this team a top team. When the meeting finished, the board said that they will contact me soon for the job, if I was going to take it or still be unemployed.
There I sat watching the last matches of the 2011-2012 season of Norwich, observing Paul Lambert's philosophy and I wanted that for Norwich someone who could take Norwich to that level of play, and I knew that if I could take the reigns of that team I could take them there. My phone rang, and I was nervous. Unknown number, could it be the board or an ex girlfriend? Ah hell, I thought and answered. It was the chairman, and told me to come as quick I could to Carrow Road. I rushed through the traffic and arrived there and ran up to the board room. I saw Steve Kean shaking hands with a board member and my heart sank. My dream to manage Norwich City F.C. was dead. I was leaving when Kean approached me and said,"Congrats".

JP - Jeremy Pauker
J- Firstly, what are you going to be doing about the transfers Chris Hughton made in his short time here?
JP- Chris is a great manager. Although some things did happen he is a good manager and his signings are similar to the ones I wanted for my team. Though, some other signings are needed.
J- What do you think are your targets for this season?
JP- I think this season we have to challenge for the Europa League places or a high table finish.
J- What do you think of the staff setup here?
JP- I really need to meet the staff of this team and see their strengths and weaknesses and my objective is for this team have staff with only strengths.
J- Do you think the squad needs much improvement?
JP- Since Norwich centers in one formation, I will be purchasing players for the other formations. My targets will be released shortly to the press.
J- What kind of tactics will you be aiming for?
JP- I have three in mind, which is defensive, attacking and control playing.Though, I’m not telling you what they are, for obvious reasons.
J- Ok, thank you for your time. Good luck in your career here at Norwich.
JP- Thanks.
good start so far mate cant wait to see how this goes best of luck
I will be trying out three different formations for different teams for big teams and others in friendlies.
This will be my attacking formation:
My second formation will be control, for teams like Everton or Newcastle that push for Europa League.
My third formation will be counter, for teams like Man Utd and City and Arsenal.

@Irish Legend thanks! I'm hoping for a high finish like 7th place, but I've told the board I can avoid relegation for me to surprise them! Cheers mate!
Nice start to a hopefully long and successful story. I will definately be reading this Good luck!
Good start. I will be following, keep it up
Transfer Targets: This will be the first three I will be trying my best to sign
Albin Ekdal
Why is he needed?
He can work as a defensive midfielder or as a central midfielder which is convenient.
Kara
Why is he needed?
He will be key to my push for Europa League places as he can play as a defensive midfielder which I use in all my three formations.
Adryan
Why is he needed?
He will prove competition to Howson and will be exchanging places in the playmaker role. He also develops into one of the best players in the game.
