Norwich Tactic?

So, I have just started my career with Norwich, and have mostly played with a 4-5-1 tactic, with Grant Holt as lone striker. However, I am struggling, and was wondering if anyone had a good tactic they know if successful with Norwich? Also interested in any suggestions for formations etc.
