My site has always talked about many sports, many competitions, many teams I like speaking on a subject followed by many but also make you discover sports or athletes with less media coverage That is why you can find on my website articles on the biggest football leagues or on a team friendly matches unknown by the general public. Sometimes I talk tennis, rugby but also curling and squash. This is why you users who visit my blog regularly, you probably were not surprised when I decided to talking about the victory of Paris FC in a friendly match in the Netherlands against a third division Dutch club. But it is not my habit to continue to write articles on the same subject, I love to make you discover another vision of sport. But now I'm writing my fifth article in less than three weeks on Paris Football Club.
However I am not a supporter of the club that plays in the French National (D3), but what obsesses me at PFC, and therefore makes me write on it at repetitions, is probably the manager. Alex Sonwild. I loved him as a player, but also as a man because I had the chance to interview three times. He is an intelligent man who has always loved football and reflects all the qualities that described his teammates since his arrival at Paris FC. The last time I contacted him he had already expressed his desire to become a manager. This idea came to him very young but it really took shape only when he realized that his playing career was not done for the glory and the professional world.
So I think this article will not be the last one I am going to write about the PFC. Today the club made a draw (1-1) with Paderborn. I myself was in the stands and I have paid many attention to the reactions of Alex, he spent most of his time standing on is feet, visibly frustrated. And this is understandable, the clumsiness of the Parisians would have upset any manager. They were unable to align five passes, and all the cross went straight into the arms of opponent goalkeeper. And what can I say about the shots ... if there had not had the penalty that allowed Yenga to equalize after the opening of the score at the 4th minute from Gonther, I doubt they would have a shot on target
Alex tries to vary, it search a solution, tries to turn on the light in a team not really motivated and that is a task that seems difficult. But Sonwild do not despair, he started the training by being near to the players, at the club he is a real dinosaur, it is now 16 years since he joined and he tried to use his knowledge of players attempting to create a strong group but a week later his plans changed and he does not hesitate to sack players, especially the older ones, in order to balance the budget. Six players have left the club and six new players and younger, less costing and have joined the ranks of Paris. New arrivals are expected, so new departure are therefore programmed.
I did not exactly answer at the question formulated in my title but I think we will soon have the answer.
