Meeting the players and sorting out tactics
I walked into the training ground and was greeted by Aitor Beorlegui, the clubs assistant manager.
The place looked very nice, but the players were atrocious, they could not even pass ball to each other without a struggle.
I then got Aitor to round up the players so I can talk to them all for the first time.
Alright lads, as you hopefully already know, I am your new manager Sam Magarry. I was born in Costa Rica but my parents were from England so I am a mix of the two, I have a Continental Pro License under my belt and have decided to try myself out as a manager. I may not have any experience, but what I do have is power, lots of it. So if you think you can try and fuck me over, think again, I will destroy your footballing career in the click of a finger. Entender?
Alright then, your all dismissed, get to training lads!
Not sure what they thought of me there, but oh well, now they know that I am the boss around here!
I then made the short walk to my office where I started to devise some tactics, here they are.
