As I sit down and go over my first month as a manager, I think that I have done a good job wining all the four games played. The team have showed me that they are up for the season, the broad are happy with me work so far and have asked me to keep it up for the remainder of the season, The whole team seem to be happy at the moment no one asking to play our asking to leave so the team Morale is happy and that’s what I want.

There is a lot of things to get sorted in and around the club, as I plan to bring in new staff and I want to try and get a few players on Contracts I want to reshape this team from top to bottom and I don’t care how long it’s takes. And as long as the broad are behind me anything is possible, and the dream that we have for the club we will need the Broad behind me and the players.

Ok lads the last two matches use played really well, and I just wanted to say that two use I hope use can keep this going. Use are making it hard for me to pick my first 11 and I like it that way, so just keep doing what use are doing and we will get really far in the league this season, well done lads.

Keep Going Lads

With another month over and done with and with the weekend of I am going to go home and relax for the weekend, first of all though I have to look over the last Couple of matches over the month. As I start to look over them I see that we control the game but it sometimes takes us a while to get involved in the game, which is going to need to be improved over the next few weeks. But the lads still get the win and that impresses me the way they get on with the game even though they not in control till later on in the match. The training set up we have going is great the players have really showed me that they are going to work and work hard.

The club have told me that they are really happy with the way the team is playing, that’s what I am here to do its to get this team playing super football and to get the wins under us, But we are going need to improve the training Facilities soon to keep us on target for promotion. At the moment the club is refusing to do anything as they said they don’t have the money, and to be honest we are making money every month well we have in the last two months that I have been hear so what’s the problem.

Games

Ok lads the last month we have been great wining all are games and still unbeaten in the league is great, I hope use can keep it going for the rest of the season it would be great. Look lads we can go up this season and be a step closer to are dream, so I want 100% focus of the rest of the season. So I hope use can do that lads I believe in use and I know use can.

F.A Cup

Ok lads with the F.A Cup starting up it would be great if we could get a little run going in the Famous Cup, we have a 2nd round Qualifier coming up and I want us to win that, I want us to beat are own record and make it past the 2nd round of the F.A Cup and with that lads the extra money the club will get will be great, ok Boys let’s do this come on.

Lads that was great use played some great football there and use deserve to win the match, great goals scored and the defence really stood up and played well, lads if we do this in every match we will get to are target this season, well done lads good win.

League Table

The league table shows how well we are playing this season but with only ten games played there is still a long way to go and after Christmas will tell the tale of where we will finish this season but so far we looking good for 1st place.

Club News

The latest news is that the broad have come out and said what a great job I am doing at the moment and they hope I can keep it up. Matty Wolfenden is playing great football for Us also at the moment and there is reports coming in that we will be offered a new deal if he keeps playing well.

Cant Touch This

So another month over and another great month for the Fc United Of Manchester fans, I sit in my office and go over what we have done this month and I am really happy. The players are playing the best football they have ever played coming into their own as a team. It’s like they are one big Family and they would do anything for each other. The fans are happy and the broad are really happy and that’s my job hear two make everyone happy and to win matches.

The only bad thing is I am still waiting on the broad to get back to me about upgrading the training facilities, and it is really starting to piss me off they need to get there finger out and start helping the club out. The broad have said that they will do it when they feel that the club need it and for now the wont do anything.

Lads another super month in the league use are playing great football and I just wanted to tell use that face to face, lads if use keep going we will be playing in a higher league next year and I want some full time players so I hope use want that two, two become a full time player show me that use want it.

League Table

Well we still have not lost a game and we are looking good at the moment, I just hope the players don’t let all this get to their heads but I am happy so far.

F.A Cup

Lads use have done it, use have made it to the 1st round that is great, what a win lads to beat them teams took a lot of guts and use did it, I am so happy for use and maybe we could win the next game, and show everyone that we are on the rise into the big leagues and the big time, lads well done again and keep going.

Lower League Cup

Also the lower league cup has started and I told the team to go out there and try to win it and they have so far won the 1st round so things are looking bright for us and we fell like we can’t be touched and that is a bad thing, but I will go with this for now

Dean Ashton: Tactical Genius

FC United of Manchester manager, Dean Ashton, is being hailed as a tactical genius after just over three months with the club. He has won all his games so far, and has lead his team to the top of the Northern Premier League table.

Some of the fans were unsure how the 29-year-old manager would perform what with this being his first ever job, but he has silenced the critics with some brilliant results, and shows he is more than capable. Many are predicting this will be a fantastic season for the club who play at Bury's Gigg Lane.

One of the big points football pundits lingered on was that as a manager, he won't be able to control some of the players who are older than him, but he has managed to control them, showing no mercy to ill discipline. This shows that experience doesn't count for everything, and some people are starting to predict a bright future for Ashton in football management. FC United fans will hope this is at their club, based on early performances.

Dean Ashton may feel he has a point to prove, having retired from playing aged just 26 due to a long-term ankle injury. He has set himself a big set of challenges he wants to accomplish at FC United, but no-one will begrudge him for not accomplishing it.

One thing is for certain: Dean Ashton's career is one to watch. He has a bright future in this profession, and can accomplish almost anything he wants if he applies himself.

Untouchable

Sitting down in my office I am starting to think back to my playing days, the days were I used to score the goals for the team. And now as a manager there is a player who is 31 years of age is scoring, that should still be me I am only 29 and I had the world at my feet and the in one shift move it was all gone. But I am enjoying my life at the moment doing really well so far and I am happy to be still part of the game, the game of football changes life, it changes people’s religion, and the way we treat one another, without football we would be lost. In terms of how were are doing its going really good, I even got a newspaper write about me saying how well i am doing, I just hope the broad stick behind me.

Lads were to start use are playing some beautiful football at the moment and everyone is starting to talk about us now, Lads to still be unbeaten this far into the league is amazing. Lads listen to this I was reading the paper and I came across this in it about us, Fc United Of Manchester are playing some great Football at the moment and the fans and broad and everyone is jumping on the band waggon the club have made a profit of 78k last month the most any time in that league has ever made the club at the moment is all about breaking records let’s see how many more they can break before the end of the season. Lads that’s great we are making the news now and we are playing in the lower leagues, and lads that was on Sky Sports News, so lads well done and keep this up.

With the last month done and over with I had a meeting with the broad, and we had a good long talk this is what they said, Dean you are doing a wonderful job hear at the moment and we are really pleased with you, but when young managers do this good there are bigger teams looking at the them, and we just want to know that we hope you will stay here with us, although we have not given in to your requests at the moment we are going to upgrade everything and if you can keep the F.A Cup run going for one more round we can do something, And this is what I said, thank you for meeting me and I do understand where use are coming from and to be honest with use I want to stay here for a very long time, But if we want to go high we need to think high and we need things improved, and I hope we can do well in F.A Cup, now thanks and I have a training session to do thanks for your time.

League Table

Well we are going great in the league and showing everyone that we are no joke, we are in it to win the league and that’s what we are going to aim for.

Northern League Cup

With us still in all the cups things are looking good for us I want to win this cup and I have said that to the players, with the team that we have wining this cup should be easy for us and a good chance to get some sliver wear into the club.

F.A Cup

What a run we are on in the F.A Cup, I know we can’t win it but each round in this cup means more money for the club. So long as we go out there and try are best we can try to get past each round as they come, but for now we are flying high and it seems like nothing can stop us.
