El Clasico
Match Build Up
I believe I can safely go into this match knowing what tactics that Jose Mourinho is going to adopt. I can further predict that the starting line up will be no similar to the one that he put out against me in the Spanish Cup earlier in the season. My similar tactics seemed to stop any threat that their 4 front men posed while giving my forwards chances at goal. Is this tactical analysis reliable? It is going to be the best insight I can get so I would be stupid not to act on it.
The bookmakers are refusing to make either team clear favourite to the win this match and who can blame them. I of course am going to biased towards my team as I do firmly believe that we can come out this match with a win, and a comfortable one at that. I am surprised the bookmakers didn’t take into consideration our overall win against Real Madrid earlier in the season in the Spanish Cup.
Of course “The Special One” was going to speak out and suggest that if his team performs well then they can win the game. Any manager would say this if it was a game as big El Clasico. I think he and hope he is building his and his teams hopes up too much as I plan on dismantling them and dominating the match from start to finish.

Match Review
Where are “The Special Ones” comments now? None existent. The result may look like to you that it was a close fought game but in truth it was far from it. It was a confident display by FC Barcelona and that is demonstrated in just how much possession and time we had with the ball. You can also see the ratings for the individual team’s starting 11 that my players put in a much better performance on the day. It was a bone crunching match with 48 fouls being committed with both team’s statistics combined. The Real Madrid penalty was soft but the challenge from Sergio Ramos was not. He deserved both his cards and that pretty much signalled the end of their chance to get anything from the game.
It may be early but the title is looking like it will be won before the end of the season, especially if Real Madrid continues to put in such below par performances like this one.
