The very casulty of the season Managerial wise has fell and Paul Lambert has been fired from Aston Villa. Early indication show Malky Mackay as favourite. If he decides he doesn't want to leave Cardiff, Owen Coyle, Derek Mcinnes and Chris Powell are also in the mix. Reports however are hinting that Jason Lippitt might be interested to take on a club and country role.
