Carlos Fierro, the Mexican striker, has interviewed today for The Jerez de la Frontera Football Daily.

"I had a good start here," stated the 18 years old striker, "contributing 4 goals and 2 assists in my first 8 games."
"Dabool have a lot of confidence in me and I think that's the key to my success. We started the season well and we are looking safe at the top of the league. Maybe we can even achieve promotion!"

Great start so far, Fierro's been in great form. Xerez star of the future (and present!).

After a good start to the season we continued our LIGA adelante campaign. We started with an away game against Guadalajara, in which we lost 1-0.
But from there we got better and won our next game against Racing. We then met Mirandes in the Spanish Cup and won 4-2 in penalties.
Later on we got LIGA BBVA's side Deportivo in the next round. We got a 1-1 draw at home but lost away 3-2 and got out of the cup.
Overall we had good 2 months and we are once again 2nd in the league! Fierro also continued his goalscoring record with 10 goals in 15 games for us.

Villarreal 9th. LOL. Judging by that goal difference, Sporting are killing everyone You're still second though, and level on points. Make sure the City-United situation of last season doesn't happen
