Awesome interview Alex, I'm honored to be mentioned in such a great story. Despite being FM12, I think this is one of the best stories on the forums for sure and you might get yourself a Sotm nomination next month ;) Keep up the great work! :D

November 2011 - Very Inconsistent

Part Three : Month Overview

After winning all our games in two months we finally come back to reality by losing two of our 4 league games. Our nine points gap in front is now reduce to six who is still pretty good but a game was a real choc, it was the 5-0 defeat to Boreham Wood. I just look at the league table and I see we have still a +28 goals difference and this surprise me. We lost our best defence place after this game (18 goals conceded), passing behind Staines, Tonbridge and Boreham. We finished the month with a FA Trophy game against Chipstead that we won 4-1 to qualify for the first round.

I have 4 of them. The first one is Richard Spring. Our skipper was exceptional in our 3 wins, getting three goals, and missing in our two loses. Miguel Medina also had a good month, except the game against Boreham were all the team had a bad rating, he was put in good performance as he do since the start of the season.
David Bartlett is a real unsung heroes. Each time he is called up in our defence he do a great performance. I should have put him straight away against Boreham. Finally comes Derek Dixion. It wasn't his best month but I think once again he played superbly for is age. He never lose the ball when he get it and his passes seems to never miss, he real is Dartford future if we can keep him at the club!

As we are playing on the 2nd of January we will have 4 games in 8 days starting on the 26th! :O
We will play against another Blue Square Bet South side. Last time we played Dover we won 3-0 so I think we're capable to continue our run.

Slightly less well!

Three players well really be missing in José Carlos, Lloyd and Moore.

For once Dartford isn't represented in the monthly awards (we had 6 apparitions in the first three month!) who were highly dominated by Salisbury.
