Leonard Kweuke has announced publicly that he was unhappy at Sparta, and Cech's decision to Decline Porto's transfer offer, and more recently, wave off Celtic and Arsenal interest. He revealed that he wanted to hold talks with the club, but has since come to a compromise with Cech on his future.

"Before the start of the transfer window I was positive I would leave the club. I did not ask to be put on the transfer list, but I did check up who was interested in buying me." Kweuke began. "When I found out Petr had declined an offer from Porto, I was frustrated, but he sat me down and we talked about it, and I think we have come to a compromise where we are both happy."

"Cech realized that I was frustrated for the lack of titles we have won recently, but he told me that we could win the title this season. I told him, if we win the title, I will stay. If not, he promised to put me on the transfer list and accept the best offer." Kweuke joined Sparta from 2. Bundesliga side, Cottbus for £200k in 2010. "He reminded me of how this club has helped my career and I now regret being so hasty."

Kweuke's future remains unknown for now, but it seems, if Cech leaves at the end of this season due to poor performance in the league, Kweuke may follow him out the door. "Even I do not know where I will be next year. Most of me hopes that we can win the title, as I do not want to leave, just like that, out of the blue."
Ooh, Cech you out, getting Kadlec to sign a new contract.. :P

Liking the story so far, and I saw your post in general chat about updates. I've been reading your story alot but just haven't commented. Don't worry about that. Good luck in pre-season.
Hope Kweuke stays, so I know if he's worth signing for my save! :P He's a class player for your league though, and he would make a killer partnership upfront with Kadlec!(provided you get Kadlec's composure up)
The season-long loan of Marek Suchy from Spartak Moscow to Sparta Prague was made official today as the center-back traveled from Russia to his come country to join the roster. Suchy previously played for Sparta rivals, Slavia Prague but was purchased by the Russian giants for over £4 Million.

Since his transfer, Suchy has been a regular in the squad, so the reasoning for him being placed on the loan-list in the first place has been questioned. Nevertheless, he will most definitely be an important asset to Cech's assault on the league title and an influential spell on Suchy's career.

Suchy's contract expires in 2013, meaning, if he fails to renew it, he will leave Spartak permanently. Many fans suggest if his time at Sparta is used well, he may join permanently on a free next summer.

"I am exited on making my return to Czech football. I was a little homesick so it will be nice to play back in my own territory." Suchy told press in Prague.
Milan manager, Masimilliano Allegri was seen shaking hands with Sparta manager, Petr Cech, shortly after he announced the link between the two clubs. "I'm very happy to be able to announce this Link." Allegri began, some hours ago. "It will be beneficial to us, as we are able to expand our appeal to the Czech Republic, and get our players some experience, and of course, Sparta will use our players to their benefit."

It is speculated that the two managers met to speak on who would be sent from Milan to the Czech outfit. Many rumors suggest that full-back Mattia De Sciglio may be the first to make the trip to central Europe, as Sparta are in need of a right-back and the Italian may wish for some experience.

When questioned on who would be joining the club, Petr Cech refused to tell, pointing out that "nothing is official yet." However, when the ex-shot stopper was asked on his opinion of De Sciglio, he happily responded. "Mattia is a top, top player, and I'd take him any day. He has real potential."
So Sparta Praha ties the knot with Berlusconi.... I call corruption :P

Great news for Sparta! :D
Rumors were made fact today as Mattia De Sciglio was officially entered in to Sparta Prague's league squad. He has joined on a season long loan from newly linked AC Milan, who plan to give the young right-back experience at the club, keeping up his fitness.

"I am exited to taste foreign football." De Sciglio told Media. "It is quite different over here, and I'd like to be a part of something big. While I won't make a huge impact on Italian football yet, I think I can be a part of something big here."

It is likely that De Sciglio will be first team as Sparta's does not have depth in his position, and it is a common opinion that he is currently the best in the squad at right-back. De Sciglio can also play at left-back. Despite the team having few capable of playing left-back, De Sciglio would not be first choice there.

While De Sciglio makes an entry, Ladislav Krejci has departed the club for a healthy £3.4 million to Queens Park Rangers. The winger expressed his desire to leave, and Cech made it clear he was not in his plans, so the youngsters departure has pleased everyone.
Really great start to the story :)
Good luck m8!
De Sciglio is a really good signing! Even if it's only a loan :P
3.4 M is a lot for a club in that league! Get some Czech internationals or upgrade the facilites with that cash!

Think I'll do a bit of both. Won't spend much more than £2m on transfers.
Really good read so far mate! As for the money in my opinion you should upgrade facilities ect :)
