This month we have got out of the blocks like Usain bolt and we are playing very well. I started the first game playing 4-4-2 and the second playing 4-4-1-1 but I changed the tactic to 4-2-3-1 and it is working very well. All of my players have impressed me put my player of the month is………….
Ben McKenna- This boy has been on fire and he is one of my beat players in the team. Well done Ben.
Nice results, I think you can win the league. :)

Eastleigh 3-3 Bath
(Scannel X3)

League Table

The squad is so tired but we are still fighting with only 1 defeat in the league. The performances have been okay but not good. We have been lucky in some games with players being sent off so we had the advantage. We went 2-0 down in the Bath game and came back to be winning 3-2 but they equalised in the 87th minute.

Player of the month

Oskar Martin- Oskar has taken to the English game like a fish to water and has scored some important goals this month. He is not always noticeable during games but can suddenly pop up and score some goals.

Injury Crisis For Eastleigh

Jake Reed
Gashed Leg 3-4 Weeks
Jake McLaughlin
Broken foot 5-6 months
Many people believe these two players are key to Eastleigh’s promotion push but they need to rally round and push on forward without these two magnificent players.

A new Arrival

Eastleigh have announced the signing of young winger Joe Lennox on a free transfer. Joe has been a free agent since his contract with Plymouth was terminated. Eastleigh who are top of the Blue Square Bet South are struggling with injuries to wide players and the signing of Joe Lennox has told the rest of the league that nothing will stand in their way of gaining promotion.
Eastleigh manager Matt Wells had this to say “Well Joe is a cracking young player with a good attitude and has good technique on the ball. He will be involved in the first team straight away and is a quality addition to the team.”

November, Losing The killing Touch

This month the cup competitions have been the death of us but it has not effected our league performance to badly.
F.A Cup
Eastleigh 0-1 Dag & Red

Eastleigh 3-2 Turo
Milligan
Chori
Martin

F.A Trophy
Eastleigh 0-0 Havant & Warteloovile

F.A Trophy Replay
Havant & Waterloovile 1-0 Eastleigh

AFC Hornchurch 2-4 Eastleigh
Lennox
Reason
Martin
Forbes

Eastleigh 0-1 Sutton

It has been an okay month for us but performances have been 50/50. When we turn it on no team can stop us but when we play poor teams rip us to shreds. The F.A Trophy is not a big priority to me but it gives us chance to focus elsewhere. The F.A Cup gave against Dagenham we were the better team but a quality strike from Ogogo sealed their win. The Hornchurch game was a wired one as we went 3-0 up and they pulled it back to 3-2 but Forbsy came on and sealed the win in the 93rd minute. The Sutton game was terrible. We had 58% possession of the ball but we could not make it count. This was only our second defeat in the league and we are now 7 points clear at the top with Boreham Wood in second. We are losing money rapidly and we lose around £80K a month. I am trying not to worry about it but I don’t know what to do and we are already in the red with a negative balance of £42K.

Player of the Month

Rob Lainton
Rob has been making some cracking saves and is one of my best players. I can always rely on him to make saves when needed. He is brilliant at 1 0n 1s and I want to sign him to sign him permanently.

Eastleigh Fans delighted with manager

Eastleigh supporters fan group have released a statement about their delight of manager Matt Wells.

“We are ecstatic over the progress Eastleigh FC has made in the short time rookie manager Matt Wells has been in charge. We have never been in this position before and we look unstoppable. We are hoping Matt can guide us to the next level and into the football league to make this club great and have a very successful club. We will always support him and we agree with every decision he makes regarding the club. We as the fans have a good relationship with the manager and with the annual FANS FOURUM coming up in January we want to praise him about the club and ask about the clubs future”.

I was shocked to see such support from people I have only known for a few months. They are great with me and I want to bring them success and joy for a long time. I am looking forward to meeting some more fans at the upcoming FANS FORUM and I want to show them what I want to do for this club in the near future.

December, Still top.

This month we have been hit and miss. We have won big games but lost big games also.
P.S I am using a new writing style.

The month started off well with a 3-1 at home to welling and Oskar Martin scored a brilliant hat trick. We played some good football and we passed them off the park. We then got a good point away at Dover which is a tough place to play at. The 4th official added in 3 minutes but 4 was played and we got a penalty and we converted it well. The win against Billericay showed great team spirit. We went 2-0 down but got it back to 2-2 before half time before Mike Green hit a 25 yard strike into the top corner. The Weston game was awful. We never got going and when we did it was too late. Salisbury are our main title rivals and beating them by two own goals made it even better. We kept the ball well as usual and we made the most of set pieces with both own goals coming from them. The Havant and Waterloovile game we were just not in it at all and they dominated the whole game.

League Table

As you can see we are dominating in the league and if all the teams win their games in hand they will still not be level on points with us. UP THE SPITFIRES.

Player of the month

Dean Beckwith
Dean has been putting in solid performances all month and is my rock in defence. He has scored some goals and has been dominant in the air. He always gives it his all and it is good to have a defender like him.

January, That’s more like it.

We have been much better this month and we are unbeaten so far this year.

We started the month with 3 games against our main title rivals, Bromley, Salisbury and Boreham Wood. We gained 7 points out of these matches which I see as excellent. The Sailsbury game we were lucky but we got a draw in the end to maintain a healthy points gap between un and 2nd. The game against Bromley we were awful. They passed us of the park and we were never in it until the 93 minute when Ben McKenna tapped in a goal which sent the fans wiled and I ran up and down the touchline as this was a huge win for us in the tile race. We then played Boreham Wood and we managed to sneak a win but we deserved it as we were the better team. We then faced a cold trip to Tonbridge and we got a win through Oskar Martin. They almost snatched a equaliser but a fine save from Rob Lainton kept them at bay. We finished the month with the home game against Farnborough. They went down to 10 men before half time but we could not make it count until the 88th minute when Jamie Milligan pooped up with a cracking strike.

League Table

We sit top with a healthy 12 point advantage over 2nd place and we look like we will win the league. I believe we need 86 points to win the league at this moment in time.

Player of the Month

Oskar Martin
Oskar is my top goalscorer with 15 goals now and has scored vital goals again this month. I am hoping a club does not approach him to join a bigger team.

I am looking forward to the FANS FOROUM this month as I can interact with the fans properly and more personally.

Fans Forum

I drove to the ground in my very reliant Reliant Robin and I headed up to the conference room where the Board and around 120 fans were waiting for me. As I walked through the hallway usually clubs have pictures of their history or great moments but this club did not and that was due to a not very successful history but I wanted to change that and make us a great club.

I entered the room to cheers and I thanked the crowed and took my seat at the front of the room.

“Matt, where do you intend to take this football club and how far will you go with us?”

“Well I want to take this club as far as I can and that to me is the Premier League and then we would go from there. It would take time and hard effort but I know we would do it”.

“How bad are the finances at the club Matt?”

“Well they are”

I was interrupted by the Chairman and he carried on to say “They are good thank you”.

I was so mad and angry I refused to answer any other question and I stormed out of the conference room. I then drove off home as I was so furious and I wanted to give the fans the truth and honesty they deserve. I believe fans should know what is happening with their club and not be left in the dark about such matters.

I got home and went straight to bed I then suddenly thought about my job and if I would still have it the next morning.

I woke up to a phone call from the club telling me to get their immediately. I did not hesitate as I wanted to get my views across to the board. I arrived at the ground to see a not very happy Chairman sitting in his office waiting for me. ‘Was I going to get sacked’ I thought.

I knocked on the door “Enter" said the angry voice”……..

Eastleigh have sacked manager Matt Wells after a disagreement with the Chairman. Fans are angry at this decision as they believed Matt could lead them to the top. Fans of the club are going to rally and protest to get Matt Wells back in charge of their football club. The club have declined to make a statement but the fans are hopeful thy can get back their managers job back, but is it too late for Matt and the fans of Eastleigh Fc.... Only time will tell.

We are here live at Eastleigh FC where fans and players are protesting over the sacking of Matt Wells. The whole playing squad from first team to u18s are marching around the ground with 100s of fans and they are throwing bricks at the Chairman’s office. They have been jumping on the car of the Chairman and we are expecting a statement from the club shortly.

In a shocking turn of events Eastleigh FC have re-appointed Matt Wells as manager to the fans delight. The owner of the club had taken it into his own hands to overturn the Chairman’s decision and is likely to be fired by the owner with the current chairman being there to oversee the club while the owner is not in the country. The owner is said to be happy to re-appoint such a great manager and he himself is likely to be taking over as chairman. He will give Matt Wells his full support and can’t wait for him to get back to work and help the clubs promotion push.
The fans and players where cheering as the Chairman was escorted off the premises and Matt arrived at the same time in his Reliant Robin to wave off the Chairman.
