Gutted to see you got relegated but don't let it dishearten you. I am confident that you will get the club back up to the Championship at the first time of asking once you have carried out the rebuild. Keep going!

Start of Pre-Season

I arrived at training for the first time and I sat down with my assistant Duncan Ferguson and Coach Oskar Martin. I wanted to analyse the squad we have and where we need to improve.

Goalkeepers


Defenders








Midfielders









Attackers






Strikers





Overall the squad is good and we don’t need too much investment to gain promotion this season.

Note: Sorry its big guys but I feel you don't know the team at all so I had to do this.

Rossi signs For Eastleigh

In a shocking turn of events former Italy international and Man U striker Guiseppe Rossi has signed a deal to join the Spitfires. The talented striker never lived up to his hype as a youngster but he wants to revive his career and help Eastleigh gain promotion,

“It’s great to be here. It’s something different and as I am coming to the end of my career I feel my skills over the years will help the team. I want to help out the club and I hope my transfer can be a success”.

Rossi will also take charge of the U18’S and he wants to develop his coaching career at Eastleigh.

Friendly Results


It has been a mix of results but we need to be stronger. The Southampton result was good but against lower league teams we just don’t dominate. It may be time to ditch Tika Taka football for a more conventional tactic to start scoring more.

Makengo: ‘I hate Eastleigh’

In what comes as a surprise to many Eastleigh fans Terence Makengo has come out to say he hates the club and the town. The striker admitted that he does not get on with any of his teammates and does not feel at home in Eastleigh. In the 2016/17 season Terence finished top goal scorer for the club so it comes as a big surprise to many fans. Matt Wells was unavailable for comment but all eyes will be on him to see how he sorts out the matter.

Transfers In

I have signed some good players over the summer and hopefully they will fit in straight away and become a success at the club.
Overall I am very happy with the signings as they bolster the strength in depth at the club.
Romeo Bakker has left the club after Brentford activated a £225K release clause.
