I use a similar training schedule as the one I used in FM09 - http://www.fmscout.com/i-621-Welcome-to-Manchester.html
Regarding training, set the sliders all the way to the left.
*7 clicks right maintains levels in a training area.
*13 clicks begins improving levels in training area.
*19 clicks stops improvement size - anything beyond 19 only increases improvement speed.
If you remind me, I can send you my most up to date training schedule when I get in front of my home comp. It's pretty easy to make your own schedules, however. Just pick a handful of attributes that you deem most important and decide which ones you want to train hard/medium/light. From there I set my sliders at 19/13/7, watching to make sure I don't take the overall regimen to "hard". Using this method I've never had anyone complain about training and I use the same method regardless of the level I start at.
