10 million wont get you far, what about D'Alessandro? or is it Allesandro, something like that.

i would suggest find 1 good player for 10 million, and buy more and build up more over the seasons. at the moment try to give the players a chance and get 1 signing that you would consider as a real must.

try to work a tactic with the players you got. and sell the players you feel you really dont need.

a good cheap striker is Vaclav Kadlec he's young but has great potential and is available for only Â£55k. a good cheap left back is Joe Mattock young with great potential available for around Â£3m

It's a long shot but you might still be able to get MatÃas Lequi on a free transfer, fantastic player just a little on the slow side. Failing that perhaps Bobo BaldÃ©.

I'm man city just about to start my 3rd season. Spent all my transfer budget except Â£1.7m. Problem is my back up left back has just got injured for the next 8mths.

1st choice Joe Mattock

Do you have any players in other positions who could play left back e.g. Miguel Veloso will do well there. In fm 07 i had Julio Baptista play left back for me all season after my first choice got injured in september, i was gunna buy another one in january but he was so good i didn't need to. He was named in the team of the year at left back. As for signings, it's hard to suggest people when your two or three years into the game but look at liverpool's Emiliano InsÃºa and FÃ¡bio AurÃ©lio.
