Finding players for your team.

hey tracejr... i think you must play more than 1 or 2 seasons with the same players so they can fit eachother into your tactis.. if you always changing and buying new players, they will not make a true team playing. about your 4-4-2 i think its not really good tactic in the game, i really like to play this tactic in other fm..but, i discovered that the best one to play on 09 its 4-2-3-1..just play with the same defence, and 2 x def mids always, they will give you solid defensive and solid game in your back.. than just have 2 x speedy wingers, and a mid playmaker..and on the strike force you have to put a big, strong fw with lots of finishing, concentration, composture and at least 15 speed

look for ochoa i think its spelt like that he plays for mexico and is 23 hes a good keeper

then an experienced gk is needed. not a young un' like ochoa. he concides but has good match rating

The only problem with 4-2-3-1 for me would be that the strikers that I have, I need to be playing two upfront.

- Robinho
- Mario Balotelli
- Sergio Agúero
- Vagner Love
- Adrián (Currently on loan to Everton)

Balotelli is my biggest striker standing at 6"2, the rest are all under 6"0 Agúero stands at 5"7, so with a tactic that lets me play 1 upfront it means I have to sell 1-2 strikers even though I coudl drop Agúero to an AMC also Joáo Moutinho would become redundant because he's just a CM.

I am top of the league and in teh final of everything I just feel like my team is slacking.

Did you try for Van Persie?

I sent scouts on him and everything and they sait he'd be my 5th best striker, plus he's only 6"0 so doesnt give me much more than what I already have, but if I decide to sell any of my strikers I'll be bringing in either Van Persie, Gómez or Benzima.

I bought a young regen, Mattock, Hutton and Radoi who played for Pompey who got relegated and Papadopolous. But apparently I still need to strengthen my defence. I am scouting and thinking about Cesinha but my budget is a lot lower, have 6m left and I sold Rusol cause he was being a dick.

Hello ladies, I've got somewhat of a problem, Need another striker to play along side diego milito in my 442 formation.

Both Oliveira & palladino are both benched. I am using milito as my target man

What kind of striker? Kerrison, Fletcher? Altidore? Lewandowski?

I think a fast striker would cope best with milito?

What about Acquafresca?

hmm look for something specific, like a fast striker or a big striker? what you need. thats the thing.

if you need someone as backup make sure he has good determination so when he comes on a sub he can make some difference
