lacey777: Thanks :)

Rablador: #BergomiOut only 10 trophies so far after all :P

Van Persie: Cheers VP :)

LFC: Thanks mate :D

Nathaniel: #FabioOut #FabioIsScum :P

AlexTHFC: It's a big disappointment at the Giuseppe Meazza, Bergomi's considering resigning :P

a_esbech: Not quite catenaccio, but I do value good defense highly xD

P-KIDDY: Made me want to break my keyboard xD

k1rups: 2 disappointing wins and a home draw? That's definitely a poor month here :P
God damn it Neal, A DRAW AGAINST FIORENTINA?!?! Hahaha JK, Destro is by far the best poacher in the game!
Pauker: Yes he is, an absolute animal! He's got tough competition, though, Ademilson's chomping at the bit to get some first team chances.

Inter Win Streak Finally Snapped

After 20 straight matches resulting in victory, Inter Milan have finally failed to win, stumbling to a 2-2 draw against Fiorentina. 20 wins is the new club record and will go down as one of the best winning streaks in history, made better by the fact that in this time a meager 4 goals were allowed by the Nerazzurri.

The streak started at the end of the 2014-2015 season after a 0-0 draw to Juventus as Inter finished the season strongly, winning the Coppa Italia over Fiorentina in the process. They kicked off the next season in a similar vein of form, again beating Fiorentina in the Supercoppa. Inter's final victory was against Sporting in the Champions League before finally dropping points to Fiorentina due to an injury time equalizer from Haris Seferovic.

"I'm very proud of the boys in that we've set a new Inter record for wins," said manager Giuseppe Bergomi. "It's a massive achievement and one to be proud of. Fiorentina are a difficult side to beat and they proved that today, credit to them. The lads aren't lingering on that, though, and we're ready to come back and win some football matches."

A trip to Sampdoria beckons for the reigning Italian champions before the Nerazzurri host Paris Saint-Germain and Lazio in quick succession.

NOTE: Big thanks to Van Persie for the great new banner! Loved the old one but decided it was time for something fresh :)
Pick your chins up off the floor!
What the hell have you done :O you don't just end a win streak like that :O
Lol joke :P great story :D
Loving the new banner... wonder who made it ;)
Unlucky about the winning streak being ended but how many games unbeaten are you?
Terrible. Shocking. Disturbing. I say you just resign from Inter right now :(
I kid of course, hard luck :/
It is always dissapoiting to end a run like this one but it is a great achievement and you're still unbeaten. ;)
When was your last defeat?
sedsosedso: Don't worry, winning ways will return soon!

Van Persie: Not like I said it in the post or anything :P

BaggiesJames: 55 in all competitions, 38 in Serie A. My record is 74 in all competitions and 88 in Serie A.

Rablador: I am seriously considering stepping down :P

Raphael: November 2014, 2-1 loss to AC Milan in Serie A. It's been over a year haha

Denmark Squad Announced

Giuseppe Bergomi has made a few important changes to his Denmark squad, calling up two players that he has yet to work with, one of which has not yet made an appearance for Denmark. The first is 32 year old central midfielder Thomas Kristensen. The FC Kobenhaven man is coming off of a brilliant run of form in the Danish Superliga that has led to him being called up to potentially win his 6th cap against Azerbaijan, Denmark's only match this break. The second player is 23 year old uncapped right back Daniel Pedersen who has managed to impress Bergomi and potentially win his first cap.

Multiple "top level" players have been left out by Bergomi, and many wonder if it is merely because the break consists of only a friendly match or if the Italian has truly decided to move on and try new players. Once-stalwarts Nicolai Jorgensen and Daniel Agger have both been dropped while promising center back Jores Okore also does not make the cut. Valencia striker Andreas Cornelius has also not been called up, leaving Bendtner and Helenius to fill the striking role.

Denmark only play one friendly match during this international break, a home game against Azerbaijan at the Parken. They are expected to win easily, even if Bergomi decides to mix up the lineups and try out new tactics.

Goalkeepers
Mikkel Andersen (Bolton)
Stephan Andersen (Evian TG)
Jonas Lossl (Reading)

Defenders
Daniel Pederson (AGF)
Daniel Wass (Evian TG)
Jesper Juelsgard (Sunderland)
Kevin Conboy (NEC)
Andreas Bjelland (CSKA Moscow)
Simon Kjaer (Arsenal)
Mathias Jorgensen (Ajax)
Magnus Troest (Parma)
Erik Sviatchenko (Southampton)

Midfielders

Viktor Fischer (Frankfurt)
Bashkim Kadrii (Werder Bremen)

Nicklas Helenius (FC Twente)

Danish Superliga nominee for Player of the Season Thomas Kristensen returns to the Danish squad.
