November: Part Two

Sampdoria 1-2 Inter

Serie A
Bellusci (16)
Samuel (30)
Alan (34)
Cambiasso (48)

Bellusci

This game was completely thrown on it's head by a horrible red card decision to Esteban Cambiasso, and from there we were hanging on at times to hold onto our slender 1 goal lead. Samuel, our 18 year old Brazilian starlet, scored on his full debut in an impressive match for him.

Inter 4-0 PSG

UEFA Champions League
Maher (7)
Sterling (10, 83)
Nianggolan (78)
Ademilson (90)

Sterling

This was probably the best performance the lads have put in all season, and perhaps in my entire career. We dominated from start to finish, especially after Nianggolan was sent off late in the match. The Parisian side never had a chance. Sterling finished with 2 goals and an assist, reclaiming the right wing spot from youngster Samuel.

Inter 3-0 Lazio

Serie A
Crisetig (32)
Luiz (86)
Destro (90+1)

Luiz

Another dominant victory from the boys. It was an impressive performance from a number of young players in the side, though Emerson Luiz and Lorenzo Crisetig were the standouts. Crisetig especially scored a fantastic left footed volley from perhaps 40 yards which went on to win Serie A Goal of the Month.

Serie A

We are already massive title favorites, Juventus is seriously struggling to match us without Conte. I'm impressed with Cesena, though, they have my center back Luca Caldriola on co-ownership. Our 32 goals for and 4 goals against in 13 games really tells the whole story.

UEFA Champions League

We've officially won the group easily and qualify for the knockout stages. All that remains is traveling to Sion to finish up the group in which I will play a number of second string players. Hopefully we continue to cruise through the competition.

Player of the Month

Mattia Destro is our player of the month, banging in 5 goals in 5 appearances (including before the international break). As always, even though the team is playing well, it seems Mattia alone wins us games quite often and thoroughly deserves this award.

Monthly Review

Overall, it was another solid month for us. 5 wins and 1 draw (entire month) is a very excellent record and hopefully we can keep it up for the rest of the season. We are cruising through not only our Champions League group but also Serie A; nobody can keep up with us, and we plan to keep it that way.
A great month! What a win over PSG (resize their badge pleaaaaase) :P Can you screenshot Destro and show his attribute picture thingy he seems absolutely beastly
k1rups: Sorry about that, I had no idea >.< It's fixed now though! :)

As for Destro, here is the beast himself:

Fast, strong, great movement, top notch touch and dribbling, and a clinical finisher. Poacher supreme.

Statistics
Statistics
Appearances: 106
Goals: 77
Goal/Game Ratio: .73
Assists: 12
PotM: 14
Avg. Rating: 7.45

Really top notch goalscorer, and the statistics prove it. This is for all competitive club competition, FYI.
You're back! Congratulations on winning your CL group!
Only 10 caps for Destro? What are they smoking?
ebEliminator: Thanks eb :)

Arvind: The crazy thing is he has 10 goals in 10 caps. He broke into the Italy set up last season and now he is, understandably so, undroppable.
IF ONLY YOU HADNT DREW!!!!

You would have a 100% season. Also I'm assuming the Cesena team have either:
a.) Resorted back to match fixing or
b.) Not been tested fro Drugs?!

Great update btw! Samuel looks a prospect!
Nathaniel: Damn calciopoli all over again :P Btw that was reply #666 :O

Danes Given Easy World Cup Qualifying Group

Denmark will be heavy favorites to win their World Cup Qualifying group, with only the Czech Republic being believed to be able to put any up sort of resistance against the 4th ranked team in the world. Much like their European Championship Qualifying campaign, the Danes will be expected to cruise through the group and qualify for the 2018 tournament in Russia.

Christian Eriksen will almost certainly be the key man for Denmark as he is considered one of the best attacking midfielders in the world. The 23 year old has impressed at Real Madrid since making a €35,500,000 move from Ajax in the January of 2013, having scored 19 goals in 93 appearances for Los Galacticos.
Some good results there....

JK, COULD YOU HAVE ASKED FOR AN EASIER GROUP? :O
I smell a few big wins versus Armenia and the Faroe Islands ;)
Nathaniel: Not really :P

P-KIDDY: Smell? It's more like an overwhelming stench ;)
Like Mikes stench on you :P hahahah.. Good month and I love the banner
