Morrell Leaves Wrexham

Andy Morrell today stepped down from his post at Blue Square Bet Conference side Wrexham, where he was the player/manager. Morrell took over as player/manager in 2011 and during his time at The Racehorse Ground, he led them to an FA Cup 3rd round tie against Brighton in the 11/12 season. They narrowly missed out on automatic promotion to Fleetwood during that same season and Morrell vowed to take them back into the Football League. it is a shock as to why he has left the club as he has no contract as a player either, and as the newly debt free Wrexham are facing a fight to get out of the Conference, fans will be wondering as to who will take over at the club. Bookmakers Ladbrokes have released a list for the odds on favourites for the job this morning. Odds for the new Wrexham manager: Micky Mellon 10/1, Phil Brown 14/1, James Heyhoe 17/1.
Genuinely hope you stick with this story because it has the potential to be a quality one. I like Wrexham and hopefully you've got what it takes to bring them to the Champions League ;)

Yeah, i've got two stories, so i'll be switching between depending on what laptop i'm using. Always liked wrexham so hopefully i can get to the prem at least ;)
My Wrexham save was my most fun save on FM12, even though I only had 2 LLM saves haha. I generally don't like to play LLM but once I get into it, I'm hooked. :D Wrexham are a great team, you should finish champions with them easy. Plus, they're Welsh, which is always a bonus :D Hopefully you can turn them into the next Swansea. Good luck Baggies.
Awesome. I just started a career with Cambridge United and Wrexham almost got promoted from the BSP so they have a very good team. I look forward to seeing how you do with your story!
Welsh teams are really starting to do well in the English leagues, huh? Maybe Wrexham will be the next to join Swansea, Cardiff and Tottenham.

(What I did there, did you see it?)
