Barnes begins German adventure

Now-former Everton manager John Barnes has left his role at Everton and moved onto German side Borussia Dortmund. "I spoke to Andrea and she was fine with it, but I wanted a crack at a big European side like Dortmund and I can't wait to get started" were the words from Barnes. The German public are said to be fine with Barnes' appointment but the real question is that can Barnes achieve more than Klopp?
Good luck at Dortmund pal.

Dortmund to sign Falcao

Borussia Dortmund manager John Barnes has already left his mark on Dortmund after paying 24 million pounds for the Colombian superstar, Falcao will join Dortmund on 1st January 2013.

Admittedly I think it is a bit silly to leave so soon but I will still be following. Great work in the capture of Falcao!
How did you lure Falcao away from all those (other) top clubs? Great Work :D

Just wait till you see the rest ;)
Suprised you left Everton so early but good luck mate! If you have got Falcao quality signing you deserve a standing ovation :)

December/January review + Transfers

So I am unbeaten since I took the job which I am very proud of and hopefully we can take it to the end of the season.

We are where we were when I took charge, hoping to really challenge Bayern next year.

2 record transfer sales in one window, Lewandowski first and then Gotze, which I was very suprised about getting so much for him. But we brought in some world-class replacements such as Falcao, Ledesma and a replacement for Subotic who was sold before I got here, I got Astori to replace him.

I wouldn't have sold Lewandowski and Gotze, but you got some nice replacements :D
I agree with Louis I would of kept them both. But your replacements are quality! Good luck :)
I would have kept Goetze but it's your story, it could add a nice twist though. Good job on getting so much for Lewandowski, I always see him leave them on a free in the second season.

It was odd to see you move so quickly from Everton to Dortmund, hopefully you stick with Dortmund for a couple more years.

End of season

We JUST managed to get into the Champions League, I was stressing like mad on the final day but got into it.

We picked up our form just at the right time in the last 2 games can't wait for next season!

I can see myself being here for more years to come, just bought a lot of new regens for next season, can't wait!
Good luck next season mate.
