Exclusive: Zinedine Zidane Interview

Here at Sky Sports news we have a special interview with footballing legend Mr Zidane. He retired in 2006 but is regarded as one of the best players of all time.

R: So Zinedine how are you and what are you getting up to these days?

Z: Well I am working with Real Madrid as an advisor but I am studying for my coaching badges so that I can eventually become a manager.

R: So what is your role at Real Madrid?

Z: Well I advise the president about the footballing side of things and I can voice the player’s opinion to the manager. I also advise a lot of the staff on how to get the most out of a player.

R: Do you really want to become a manager?

Z: Yes. My career in football is far from over so I feel I have so much more to offer to the game so I want to become a manager and win all I can.

R: Where would you like to manage?

Z: Well a job at Real would be great but I want to travel the world of football so anywhere will do for me.

R: Well that is all we have got time for today so thank you for joining us and we wish you well in the future.

Z: Thanks.
I walked out and suddenly my phone rang. It was my PA who had the president of Real Madrid on the phone.
“Hello, Zinedine, I need to talk to you urgently I need you to come straight away”.
I headed straight to the stadium to see the president……..

Mourinho dismisses exit talk

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has dismissed talks that he is about to leave the club. He admits being in charge has been difficult but he says he is 100% committed to the Spanish giants. Jose joined from Inter and has won many trophies but reports suggest he may leave the club in search of a new start elsewhere.

If Jose does leave the club either a big name manager will be given the chance or an appointment from within the club will take the job.

Casilias- Mourinho has lost the dressing room

Real Madrid skipper Iker Casillas has admitted that all of the players have lost faith in manager Jos Mourinho and he also admitted that the manager lost the dressing room months ago. Iker spoke to the press and here is the full speech:

“It is really difficult now at Real. Not many players are happy at all and they have not been for some time. We want a fresh start for us. We have been in Barca’s shadow for many years but we want to enter a new era for the club and start dominating world football again. We aren’t asking for anything but we just want stability and the best for the football team. Many players have been to the president about Jose but he has not done anything but we are hoping it may change. We love Jose as a person and we want the best for him but Real Madrid is not the best fit for him at all”.
Good luck Wells! :)

Mourinho to leave Real Madrid

Jose Mourinho has left Real Madrid after 2 years in charge of the Spanish giants. The ‘Special One’ will leave the club immediately and the club will be looking for a new manager. Jose said that Iker Casillias was right and that it was best for him to step down as Madrid manager so the club could move forward without controversy. Jose is likely to return to England to manager but he has said he will take a small break from the game to rekindle his love for management.

Reports suggest that a former player will take charge at Madrid with the likes of Roberto Carlos, Zidane and Figo being mentioned but also top manager like Wenger and Klopp are also being whispered around Madrid.
Just a note about this story. This will follow the managerial career of Zidane and I intend to travel the world for a long time. If you have guessed I will start at Real and work my way around the globe managing in different league and different continents. I want to win everything and make Zidane NO.1 on the hall of fame. I hope to stick with this story through the good and bad times so help me stick with it by motivating me when I am down. Thank you.

Zidane Takes Charge At Real

Real Madrid have announced that legend Zinedine Zidane has taken the managerial role at the Spanish giants. The Frenchman will take charge of the club tomorrow and is expected to make his mark on the squad. The fans are excited about the appointment but others are worried due to the fact this is Zinedine’s first managerial experience. The club president has also announced that what he makes by selling players can be used to buy players and that the money that is made by the club 30% will also go towards transfer funds. A small statement by Zinedine followed,

“It’s a dream to be hired and I want to bring a new successful period to Real and I want to bring back the great success of many other Madrid teams”.

Zidane- I’m going to change Real forever

Just days after signing a contract to become the new manager of Real Madrid Zinedine Zidane gave his first interview on how he will run the club.

“It’s great to be back. I loved it here and everyone was happy. I feel that due to Barcelona’s recent success the mood around the club is not as it should be. We have been in Barca’s shadow for a few years and I want to reclaim Spain and make Madrid a dominant force again. In Europe we have not had the best of luck so within 3 years I want a Champions League here at Real. The fans deserve it and I want to give the club its 10th title. I am not looking to buy superstars so I will be looking to spend money on younger players and the youth system at the club that can help Real dominate for years to come. The club generates a lot of money so that will be invested back into the club at some stage. I want to make Real the force they were in the 60s and see how far we can go. I know that this is premature but I don’t want to spend my whole Career in Madrid but I want move around and win trophies in every country I can. It will be tough but I know I will become a great manager”.
"It's great to be back."

Wasn't he there the entire time? :P

Good luck Zizou!
