Hi I'm new to the game and I'm starting my first save with fiorentina. Was wondering what should be my first moves with the club. Analyzing players, staff? Any tips?
Take a look at the squad and see what players you have at your disposal then decide on tactics. Dont worry about staff straight away but if you want a more defensive team then sign more defensive coaches. If you need any more help dont hesitate to inbox me

1) Tactics (e.g. formations/set piece takers)
2) backroom advice/meetings
3) Team Report / find weaknesses through attributes
4) Search transfer market for players to fill those gaps
