Staff.

Hey I am new to FMSCOUT and I have been loving this web to help me get around all FM series! Well I never see a post on Staffs and if there is I am sorry and could you re-link me.

Well I need help to get Staffs and most curial is that I need a good assistant manager. A fitness coach would be good as well. And what do you guys recommend on how many coaches of each section should I get? Well maximum number of Coaches I can have is 8.

i gathered some coaches with these stats using the filter, so i have 7* on every part of my training. for an assistant i looked for someone with good mental stats, like motivating and discipline. his tasks involve every part of the training to balance the workload

worked out well for me, my players progress well and rarely have bad training results. my assistant never screws up press conferences either
