The End Of The “Kinky” Comeback

I’m sorry to announce that this the end of the line for my story. There is nothing wrong with my save game file or things haven’t gone wrong, I just want to enjoy playing the save without having to write the story.

After 4 seasons, not all successful, I won a Premier League title, 2 FA Cup’s, a Capital One Cup, 2 Community Shields and made the final of the Champions League once, I think it is time for me to just concentrate on trying to restructure the Club a little and dedicate all my time to just managing City.

During my time at City I won 11 Manager of the Month awards, and was runner up on several more occasions, as well as winning the Manager of the Year once during our League winning season.

I appreciate all that have followed the story and commented a long the way and I have no doubts that a new story from me will pop up in the near future. For anyone who is interested in the story a little more, I have saved the game at the point I ended the story so if anyone wants screenshots of any of my players, any of the history of leagues or who manages who then just let me know and I’m happy to upload screenshots. I would also like to thank those who made banners or kits for my story, it is very much appreciated and I will ask you guys again when it comes to another story.

So with my word document’s final count at 185 pages and 68,386 words, I would like to thank you all and hope you have all enjoyed my journey through the 4 years.

No! The end of a truly brilliant story. I hope to see another story soon, and good luck with the strengthening of the side. Congratulations on an amazing story.

A brilliant story from start to finish that I think a lot of newcomers to FMscout can look to for inspiration as you do rarely find stories where someone has stuck at one club in order to achieve success! I hope it won't be too long before you write another story.

Cheers for the comments lads maybe i'll do another story some time soon but we'll see if I can get into a game first, still massively enjoying this save.

It was a great story m8, one of the best of the site and it inspired me a lot. I always enjoyed reading it and I will probably find a time to read it all again
