Good luck with this. :)

Liverpool of 2013 - Where are they now? Part 1

Danny Wilson

Although not a first team player in 2013, Wilson still had an incredible player and non player career. At Liverpool he maybe a number of appearances along with some loans. In 2016 he made a transfer to Stoke. After just a year at Stoke he moved to Norwich where he stayed for 7 years. He finally hung up his boots at the age of 33. Wilson has had 9 managerial positions. Firstly at Exeter, then Swansea, then Huddersfield, Stoke, Liverpool, Bolton, then West Ham and QPR. HE currently hold the manager's position at Tottenham

Glen Johnson

The Liverpool right back spent the majority of his career at Liverpool after leaving Portsmouth. He spent the last two years of his career at Southampton. After retiring he jumped straight into management. He joined Port Vale, he also had brief spells at Blackpool and Swindon. During 2028 and 2034 he had spells at Wrexham, AC Milan and Valencia. Then he spent 4 years at Bayern where he won 4 league titles. Then he spent the next 3 years at Real Madrid, lifting the league title once. He currently manages AC Milan

Daniel Sturridge

The player only spent 2 seasons at Liverpool before making a 8.5m move to Newcastle. There he made 188 appearances and lifted the Premier League in 2017. He then moved to Villa on a free transfer for 2 seasons before retiring. However he didn't want to leave football and has been a scout at Sheffield Wednesday for 18 years.
nice update :) its weird reading about players becoming managers and having such success like Glen Johnson.. looking forward to hearing about others

Randy - Thanks mate!
Nice update :)
whats Ronaldinho or neymar doing with themselves these days ? :)
Lynchy - Thanks mate!

its me - Ronaldinho retired in 2014 and didnt do anything else :L
Neymar didn't do anything after retiring but had a good career at Barca
What a career Neymar had :o

The Squad

Goalkeepers

Lancaster will be my first team keeper. He is good for any premier league team so he will be magnificent in the Championship. Not much future in this position. The youth prospects are not quite good enough to be first team in the future.

Defenders

Probably my strongest area. At RB Kitchen and Jackson are very similar players and will rotate. At CB Larsen is my best and he will probably partner Albergaria but Haas or Deronjic could fight for that place. At LB Adam Street is an exciting prospect and I will be giving him as much first team football as possible.

Midfielders

Another strong area but this will be improved. Bamford and Bell are strong players. Also there are a number of youth prospects to look forward to!

Attackers

My 3 main strikers will be Freestone, Belkevich and Hood. These 3 will be fighting for a spot in the starting 11. Barli is a very exciting prospect and will be instrumental in my future plans for this club.
A fantastic idea for a story. I cannot believe that Liverpool are in the Championship - that is painful to read. I am confident that you will get them back to where they belong.

Pre Season

An alright pre-season. Great win versus Atletico but should of beat Chesterfield. Onwards and upwards!

Best Player of Pre Season

Peter Bell. 3 goals and 2 man of the matches in 4 games isn't bad for a central midfielder. A true captain's performance. Steven Gerrard would be proud.
Unbeaten pre-season is always a nice boost ready for the start of the main events... good luck with the season mate.
