We totally dominated in the first half, and in was annoyed we didnt make out chances count. But in the second half, all credit is due to Spurs who came at us hard and fast, and we were hard pushed to stop them scoring. 1-1 was probably a fair score in this game, but im still annoyed we didnt win!
The story is going good mate, keep up the good work with Sunderland, lets hope you can do well with the Black Cats,

Good Luck for the rest of the season!!!

Thanks mate. I am first in the Premier League and won the Carling Cup too. However the defence has been more than leaky, and depending on how much the board give me, i am looking to really bolster up my defence. The other problem is that high profile players dont want to come to Sunderland. But seeing as we will definitely finish in the top 4 and we have qualified for the Champions League, i hope we can attract some better players.
You seem to be working wonders with Sunderland, how is Sime progressing along? Very curious to see how he developes. :)

Not a good performance and it was easy for Chelsea to over run us. We were truly saved by a wonderful Gordon, who also made some brilliant saves to deny Chelsea scoring the spot-kicks.
Good result in semi final. Some team you have there. Hope you have a good finish in the season.

But overall good season

I have just started with Spurs and just looking for tips on signing players as i only have 10.5 million.

Transfer Update

I saw Sigurdsson on the transfer list, which was shocking, and managed to snap him up for a measly £2.3mil, even though his value is estimated at £3.4mil

I also managed to sign this Romalho, who seems to be a good young prospect, on a free transfer

Spurs are a great team, one of my favourites in fact (after Man Utd though). Looking at their squad, i think you need some proper strikers. I would try signing Stefan Kiessling, who is a tall, pacey striker who can act as a good target man and provide goals and assists.

However if you are looking for someone cheaper, buy Vaclav Kadlec, who is a phenomenal striker. You can see from my story, that he is absolutely killing it!

I think your sorted in the middle really, but definitely need some better defenders. Kyle Walker is great, but try get Toloi for the centre, as he is a great young defender. You also need a good keeper who can learn from Friedel, so maybe look at Stegen who is also a brilliant prospect!
Well done on Sigurdsson, great for that price

I was very happy with that signing too
Hey guys need some advice from you. At the end of the season, Welbeck and Bendtner will g back to their respective clubs and so i will be 2 strikers short. Currently, my other strikers are:

Wickham
Ji Dong-Won
Kadlec

I have also signed Fierro as a young prospect for the future, and he joins Sunderland in July. In the mean time, I think i need one older more experienced striker to carry the team and partner Kadlec. Can anyone suggest a player who i can sign?

Or do you think i'll be ok with the current strikers?
ey nakulp, try to get macheda for long term, or Sigporsson from Ajax, he is even better in the same role as Macheda
