Sunderland's Beastly Charge to the Top!
Manager Story
Dude I hope you kept Wickham and Toure, play Toure as RB and you have your self someone who can assist behind the half way line. Wickham is really good adter a few seasons, in my game he scored a hat trick vs Arsenal making the score 4-2, 2 of them were assisted by Toure behind the half way line.
#46847 patrick1 : outstanding signings especially edinson cavani. him and kadlec up front oh my word lol or him and sigorrson that is going to be simply terrifying
Indeed they would be. Imagine all three playing upfront at once!

Hey mate, I never bought a Toure! But yeah i still have Wickham. He is good. Shows flashes of brilliance, but is very inconsistent!
Hey mate really impressive! I must say, your transfer acumen is really really good! Any tips? Haha!

Thanks mate. What exactly would you like tips on? Im sure you know all the good players. You just have to trust your scouting reports, and check the key stats yourself. Like for a poacher, you want them to be quick, agile, good balance, good composure and decent finishing. Not to mention decent off the ball skills too. Obviously if some are low, then you need to train them up.
Also only buy players that fit your team and your style! Never buy a player because theyre amazing, because they may disrupt your team. Like i am bug on teamwork, so most of my players will have 13+ teamwork. Those that dont, were bought in the first season when i really needed some good players. If you need a good BWM for example, try look to find players that can also fill in as a DM, so you dont have excessive amounts of players either.
Make sure you get the balance right between experience and youth. I have a lot of youth, and only a handful of old players. The youngsters are now growing up, and since they have played together for a long time, they gel very well. They have also gained a lot of experience, especially those that play regularly, like Toloi, Stegen, Digne, Rodriguez, Felipe Anderson and one of my best stars, Kadlec.
Also dont buy players unnecessarily. Give your youth guys a run too, but not all at once. So if its an easy home match, field 2 youngsters, but no more. This will give them vital experience too.
I hope this helps, though im not sure ive answered your question. If not, then give me a shout and tell me what you wanted to know

I just read it! Thanks man. It is one of my saved formations (4-1-2-1-2) and i do use it. However my 4-4-2 is working really well currently and im beating most teams. Sunderland now play Barca style footy and its brilliant to watch!

Haha thanks for the reply! Anyways, I find it difficult to pinpoint my own style of play now. I guess it's because i haven't really been to consistent with my formations. I'm not sure which works best! I have 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1 and 4-1-2-2-1. My style varies from my opposition, I play counter (Rigid) against big teams and control (Fluid) against weaker teams and standard with teams of the same level (Balanced).
