MAN U WIN THE SUPER CUP
It was very one sided in the final vs. CSKA Moscow, we drubbed them 4-0. Carlos Fierro getting two goals which will boost his confidence, after two first half goals from him I brought Nani on who was returning from injury, along with Hernandez and Petr my regen left back. Hernandez scored after an own goal by one of their guys. So overall a very pleasing performance :)

Not too sure where Cleverly will fit in at the moment... he played AML vs. Moscow and I play with two dm's so cannot play him there unless I retrain him which is an option, Carrick and Fletcher are getting old now, both 30+ so he may be the perfect Deep Lying Playmaker alongside M'vila

UPDATE
Laptop shut down so I had to play CSKA Moscow again, beating them 2-0.

Unbeaten In the Premiership
After recording wins over Southampton, home(4-2) and Stoke, away (3-0)

BUT just when I thought everything was going well we lost 4-1 to Sporting in the CL !!!!!! TERRIBLE a bad performance where Vidic showed signs of his age getting to him maybe, a terrible individual performance, giving away a penalty for their first goal, and that set the tone.

We bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Wigan, again not a great performance but we have showed a lot of promise and I know we'll be fine. Into September now and we're joint top with Chelsea on 13 points after 5 games, feeling confident but harder tests are to come!

MANCHESTER UNITED FIXTURES LATEST

Man U 3- 0 Hartlepool
    Cleverly
    Fierro
    Jones
After Wigan I had a chance to blood some ressies/youth vs. Hartlepool in the LC. A convincing performance with Pogba featuring and doing well too.

Man U 0- 1 Blackburn
disappointing result in a game where we had countless chances but not the finish to match! Aubameyang missed so many sitters and his form has dipped, Rooney playing just behind Hernandez looks a better option at the moment. Andy Carrol scored the only goal of the game... Karma for not picking him for England maybe ?? X-(

CHAMPIONS LEAGUEMan U 5 - 0 Sevilla
Excellent performance! Young had been wanting more game time so I gave it to him and he was MOTM.

Young (2)
Vrutaal
Jones
Fierro

Man U 4 - 0 West Brom
A great performance at home where we steamrollered West Brom. Fierro scored a magnificent goal, taking on 5 players before slotting it past the keeper.
    Dawson O.G
    Long O.G
    Hernandez
    Fierro

Man U 1 - 1 Liverpool
A draw at Anfield is a decent result, both sides had chances and a draw was probably fair.
    Hernandez

SUMMARY

Fierro is proving to be great, so too is Oscar, Danny still finds himself not playing much, will look to him in the cups I think.
We are doing well overall, pleasing performances but find ourselves 2nd 5 points behind Chelsea, In the next post I will have played Arsenal and Chelsea so lots more to wet the appetite.
FIXTURE UPDATES, TRANSFERS AND MORE THOUGHTS

Man U 2 - 0 Wolves
A good away win in which Hernandez and Oscar scored! Hernandez is on fire!

Champions League... Man U 2 - 0 M. Haifa
Vrutaal and Aubameyang score.
Good to see a CB scoring and set pieces are a strong point of ours I have come to find out. Aubameyang scoring is good as with the rotation of strikers it gives me confidence he can step in and do well.

Man U 6 - 0 Arsenal

Man U dominate Smalling, Young (2) Rooney and Hernandez (2) all on the scoresheet. An average Arsenal team were no match for us. They offered me the job at the same time Man U did and it would have been more of a challenge going there to turn them around, but apart from the fact I have done countless Arsenal saves I wanted to ensure Man U stayed the number 1 team in Manchester as they always decline on my saves. It was painful watching my side tear Arsenal apart because as I have stated I'm a massive Gooners fan...

Man U 4 - 1 Sheff Wed LC

Gave the ressies and youth a chance again and they did not let me down. A Carlos Fierro hat-trick was the highlight with three well taken goals. I cannot stress how much I rate him and if anyone reading needs a striker he is the one you want, only 19 at the moment I think he starts off as 16 so one for the future. Smalling scored too.

Man U 1 - 1 Chelsea

Annoying game as Chelsea took the lead again before Smalling equalised. Played them at the Bridge so it can be seen as positive but I would have loved a win. Ranieri before the match told the press if we want to win the title we need to beat the big teams and it is true, we have drawn vs. Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea. I don't see Arsenal as a big team this season but a win over them still gives me confidence. 3 points behind them now just going into November, I will post a picture of the table after December I think.

TRANSFER NEWS
I have decided to sign Kyriakos Papadopoulos the 22 year old CB or DM has great stats and turns out amazing on every save. Not only is he strong but fast too, something our CB's lack. He comes in January so I am excited. A replacement for Vidic.

In other transfer news I have sold Park to Genoa for 750,000.
November to December

Chelsea was my first game of November drawing 1 - 1 with them as I have posted. The rest of the fixtures have gone well throughout November preparing me well for a tough December.

Man U 7 - 0 M. Haifa

Aubameyang (3) Oscar (2) Danny, Smalling

Brilliant performance but I expected a big win, especially playing at home. Good to see Oscar has settled now and is doing well, Aubameyang doing good too as the hat-trick implies.

Man U 3 - 0 Ipswich
Aubameyang, Jones and Fierro get a goal each, good to have two clean sheets in a row and we look really good. Fierro scoring always puts me in a good mood :-X

Man U 4 - 1 Huddersfield
Smalling, Rooney, Aubameyang and Hernandez. Good to see all 3 main strikers scoring, although Rooney does play behind one of them. Aubameyang has 5 in his last 3 this month proving he can be a good player for me.

Man U 3 - 1 West Ham
Hernandez (2) Young. Chose Hernandez to start and he produces the goods. Young is showing me why he deserves a starting place too, in the last few games he has been doing well.

Man U 3 - 1 Sporting
Ayala O.G. Patricio O.G. Hernandez.
REDEMPTION. The board had been highlighting this every month since we lost to them 4-1 as a worry, rectifying this has given me lots of satisfaction haha.

Man U 1 - 0 Bolton
Fierro
They were playing with ten men from 60mins onwards and parked the bus, Fierro came on as a sub and scored much to my delight!! crucial win as it allowed us to pull 5 clear of Chelsea after a bad run of results for them.

Man U 2 - 2 Sevilla
Smalling, Oscar.

Qualification was guaranteed so I put a few ressies out, a draw was not enough for us to finish top so maybe a harder match next round but to win the whole thing I'll have to beat the best.

VERY happy with November, unbeaten in all comps throughout the month and have climbed to the top of the Prem after 15 games, all going swimmingly. I am selling Nani to Inter Or Juve, both have offered 16m for him, hoping to sell Danny too so I can make room for Lucas Moura the Brazilian Wonderkid.
INVINCIBLES ?!

So after Sevilla came a busy December with participation in the Club World Championships looming too.

Man U 3 - 1 Burnley

Hernandez (2) M'vila
Burnley had lost 4 on the trot before this so a win was nothing more than I expected.

LEAGUE CUP Man U 4 - 2 Newcastle
top of the championship met top of the premiership and Carlos Fierro bagged all 4 goals, the boy is amazing! Newcastle looked decent though and made us work for the win.

Man U 1 - 1 ES Tunis (MAN U WIN ON PENS)

Giving the regulars a rest and let the ressies and youth have a pop at the CWC and we won on pens, dominated but had to rely on Fierro late on to bag a goal to equalise! Danny scored the winning penalty.

Man U 4 - 1 Boca

Thought it would be closer as the ES Tunis match was hard but Nani (2) and Hernandez (2) came good for us and we won convincingly and with that win we were crowned Club World Champions!! Louis Ross' second piece of siverware at Man U

Man U 2 - 0 Man City

The win I desperately wanted! Rooney and Aubameyang scoring In a game where Rooney "bossed the midfield" proving just how important he is to me. Man City missed a penalty courtesy of Balotelli (an omen for England this Sunday?!) and this was when we were 1 up so a turning point in the match really. Rooney created Aubameyang's goal too, running from inside our half to square it to him to slot home into an empty net. City have gone downhill in recent weeks and i'm loving it.

Man U 3 - 2 Aston Villa

We went two goals down on New Years Eve and the unbeaten run was under threat, but late goals from Hernandez, Rooney and then a 90th minute goal from Danny sealed victory and a pleasant end to 2014 for us.

It's been a great year for me winning the WC and then having a great start to my domestic managerial career, long may it continue

In other news Nani has agreed to join Juventus for 16m and Danny will be leaving in the January transfer window as soon as I find him a club, his recent performances have been good but this I only see as tempting other clubs to come in for him and not for me to keep him
I have agreed to sign Lucas Moura for 16.75m which I am really excited about, another dimension to my attacking forces + Papadopoulos coming in will help too, we're in a very strong position going into the 2nd half of the season :D
This is my mid season prem table and team and player prem stats for those interested... if anyone is :( O:-)

Unbeaten run continues

January saw 21 goals for and 0 against us in the nine games played, with Hernandez scoring 8 of them.

FA CUP Man U 0 - 0 Exeter

We dominated but had no goal to show for it, despite having the lions share of possession and 21 shots a replay was the outcome.

Man U 4 - 0 Everton

Hernandez (2) Vidic Aubameyang
Everton were no match for us, bouncing back with a win after the FA cup, picking up where we left off in 2014.

Man U 5 - 0 Fulham
Hernandez (2) Young Aubameyang Isla

A fine game where Hernandez took his tally to 4 in 2 for us and Aubameyang kept himself amongst the goals. Isla's first of the season rounded it off nicely.

LEAGUE CUP Man U 4 - 0 Tottenham
Young (3) Fierro
First game of what turned out to be three in the month against Spurs and Young put them to the sword. Fierro scored meaning every LC match he has played in he has scored. 9 in total for the comp this season.

Man U 2 - 0 Southampton
Hernandez Aubameyang
These two on the scoresheet together again! good to see them scoring so frequently. The match was tight for a while but I am so confident in the players at the moment, someone will score.

FA CUP Man u 1 - 0 Exeter
Papadopoulos
Scores his first for the club! Happy to see he has settled in well playing a few games in DM and others at CB where I will look to play him eventually. He is a rock atm.

Man U 3 - 0 Stoke
Hernandez (3)
Chicarito walks away with the match ball. Making it 8 for the month, surely a shoe-in for player of the month too, he has been fantastic and an integral part of the team.

LEAGUE CUP Man U 1 - 0 Tottenham
Fierro
Tight game at White Hart lane but I was confident of a win, I guess that is what all the clean sheets do to you! We played well, but so did they, Fierro popped up in the 82nd minute to seal a 5 - 0 aggregate win and to send us into the final (1st March) vs. Chelsea. That was his 10th of the competition !

FA CUP Man U 1 - 0 Tottenham
Fierro
Boy wonder scores his third in as many games against Spurs this month sealing us a place in the 5th round of the FA cup.

Great month for us, confidence is high and all trophies are there to be won! Lyon wait this month in the Champions League so fingers crossed we can beat them and go all the way in the competition!
nice story mate keep it up
nice story. And your new signing for this season are really looking good. Would be good to watch how they grow in EPL.
February

Another good month bar the end result.

Man U 4 - 1 Blackburn
Rooney, Vidic, Hernandez, Givet OG.

Man U 1 - 0 Wigan
Al Habsi OG
dominated and a one nil win flattered Wigan, glad to get the 3 points though.

Man U 4 - 1 West Brom
Hernandez, Rooney (2) Fierro

Man U 1 - 1 Tottenham
Hernandez.
Bit of a howler from De Gea to let Spurs equalise but i'll take a point from the lane.

Man U 5 - 1 Ipswich
Cleverly (4) Vidic
mixed team out and Cleverly showing me why I should hold on to him.

Man U 0 - 2 Lyon
Champions league knockout rounds at home we lost 2-0. Lloris their keeper getting a rating of 9.10 may have something to do with it!!! have to go all out in the next leg.

Obviously another good month. 5 points clear at the top of the Prem and Wolves in the 6th round of FA cup. Chelsea are next in the LC final so silverware is still up for grabs, one game at a time and this should be a very successful season touch wood
MARCH

LEAGUE CUP FINAL
Man U 0 - 1 Chelsea
with the reserves and youth being so good for me in this competition I went with them again and against a full strength Chelsea squad it was Chelsea who snuck the victory, we were good but not good enough.

Man U 3 - 1 Liverpool
Young, Hernandez, Jones
Important win and we deserved it.

Man U 4 - 1 Wolves
Fletcher (2) Moura, Hernandez

Moura's first goal for us so I am happy, great win too against a Wolves side who are performing well in the league and who we meet in the FA cup this month too.

Man U 2 - 1 Arsenal
Fierro, Young
A closer game than the one earlier in the season and a late goal from Young 1 minute into injury time gave us the win! Fierro changed the game.

Man U 7 - 1 Wolves
Young (2) Hernandez Fierro (3) Papadopoulos
Great FA cup win which sets up the semi final against West Brom with every chance of winning this now I am buzzing! Fierro takes his tally to 20 for the season! what a player.

Man U 1 - 0 Lyon
Hernandez

A good win away from home in this second leg but not enough to take us through, I am very very disappointed in this but we have to move on !

Man U 2 - 0 Ipswich
Hernandez, Cleverly
They missed a penalty at 0-0 and I think this was our wake up call. Glad to win in this tough away match.

Man U 3 - 0 Chelsea
Rooney (2) Schennikov OG
Revenge for the LC final and it moves us 14 points clear with 7 games to go, the league is as good as won now so we still have the FA cup and Prem to look forward to plus the CWC too.
good story so far mate.

quite disappointed with the siging of kyriakos papadopolous as his concentration and composure stats are quite poor and they are essential for a CB or DM
#57434 shaneo insaneo : good story so far mate.

Thank you, and I see what you mean but he's been so solid for me at the moment, it is a bit of a worry but I am sure along with people like Vidic, M'vila, Fletcher Jones and Smalling alongside him in those positions I think those combinations should work well :)
