Lippitt: Buck Up Or Get Out

Leamington Brakes Manager Jason Lippitt today launched a scathing attack on his under performing stars. 'There have been bust ups and poor form' said a angry Lippitt which colminated into a team meeting. John Frendo has been released from his duties in the Brakes squad after having a go at Leamington star midfielder Yan Klukowski. This is the reason for the poor fom said a unnamed player and Jason has acted brilliantly. It all started when John took offence to being out of the 16 man match squad for the game against Hitchin Town, Lippitt alledgedly thrown Frendo's boots at him and narrowly missed, that is why Jason is a manager and not a striker as he can't even hit that target said the unnamed player.

The team meeting went well and things will now look up for Brakes and they will make sure they win the title like they have looked like doing all season.

Transfer Deadline Day

Lippitt Signs Andre Blackman

Leamington Brakes have signed Andre Blackman from Celtic for £90,000 on Transfer Deadline Day. So who exactly is Andre Blackman?
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/248/62613985blackman.jpg/

Early career

Blackman began his career as a trainee with Arsenal before moving to Tottenham Hotspur and then signing for Portsmouth at the age of 16. He also had a spell with Chelsea.
Bristol City

Blackman started his professional career by signing a two year contract with Bristol City after his release by Portsmouth.

He made his debut for Bristol City in the League Cup match against Brentford on 11 August 2009. On 1 October 2009, Blackman was released by Bristol City without making a league appearance. He then went on trial with Championship side Leicester City, which proved to be unsuccessful.

Wimbledon

After declaring he wanted to "sort his life out", Blackman signed for Conference National club AFC Wimbledon on 1 June 2010, and made his debut in their 1-0 away win against Southport on 14 August; however, after a handful of appearances, Blackman was declared surplus to requirements and was replaced by Chris Bush,[9] and subsequently Gareth Gwillim.[10] Blackman featured in 18 League, Cup and friendly matches scoring twice, including one against an Arsenal XI - his former club.

On 12 January 2011, Blackman went on trial with Oldham Athletic, but was not signed. On 9 February 2011, it was announced that Blackman had joined an unnamed league club on trial.

Celtic

In October 2011, Blackman had a trial with Scottish Premier League side Celtic, playing his first match in a year when Celtic's development squad played a bounce game against a Rangers XI. This trial resulted in Blackman signing for Celtic in November 2011. He made his debut for Celtic on 3 March, in a 1–1 draw with Aberdeen. Although not featured enough at Celtic, the club won their first title in over 4 years. At Celtic, Blackman says he thanked Neil Lennon for saving his football career after a troubled year and does admits he had to show humility and has plenty of mental strength to make a breakthrough. At the end of the season, Blackman was awarded 'Tackle of the Year' at Celtic when a video was shown of Blackman accidentally tackled the manager Lennon as he skidding toward him during a match earlier this year, crashing him to the turf

Inverness Caledonian Thistle (loan)

Blackman was loaned to Inverness CT for the first part of the 2012–13 season in order to get more first team experience.[20] It will be his first loan career. On 15 September 2012, Blackman made his debut for the club in a 1-1 draw against Aberdeen where he made impressive debut, resulting him earning a man of the match. His loan spell was terminated by Inverness CT, however, three months early. Manager Terry Butcher revealed he terminated Blackman loan spell because of his poor attitude and discipline.

He was then sold to Leamington for £90,000 in March 2014. Manager Jason Lippitt stating all previous problems were null and void to him as he has given Andre a chance to 'go places'.

Finally

And finally Brakes have a new song to come out on the pitch too. Here it is! It is awesome.

Nice update Jason :)

Luis Boa Morte had a debut to remember as he set one up and scored one against Hitchen Town. He shook the net with a thunderous volley after providing the cross for griffiths to hit in another volley on 27 minutes. Manager Jason Lippitt stated it was a huge victory for his men and can't wait for the season to conclude now.

Southport 2-1 Brakes
Morrison (20)
Leamington have suffered a shock defeat. Southport who were in good form just destroyed a shell shocked Brakes team. Lippitt flew off the handle and said things have to change.

Brakes 0-2 Altrincham
Manager Jason Lippitt did not turn up to the Post Match Press Conference as he locked his team in the dressing room and held a team meeting (which was posted last post).

Guiseley AFC 1-2 Brakes
Klukowski (pen 45)
Moore (49)
Brakes improve to come from behind and defeat Guiseley in which guaranteeing a play off place in the process but Leamington want the title and automatic promotion. One month left of the season and they should make it over the finish line.

The finish line is in sight for Leamington and it should be a title lifting season for the men in Yellow.
Go on, you have the season in the bag mate :)
Horrible month, but it makes no difference because the title is already yours :P

Lippit Signs A One Year Extension

Leamington Brakes manager Jason Lippitt today signed a new contract extension taking his employment upto 2016. Lippitt has led Brakes almost to the Blue Square North in his 2 years in charge and Chairman Alex Goddard acted swiftly to make sure he stayed at The New Windmill Ground. 'How can you not want him here' said a delighted Goddard. 'He has shown commitment and the ability to draw the older ex international and Premier League players to push us to the promised land.'

Captain Tom Hutchinson has said that now Lippitt has signed on for another two years he expects a lot of the squad to do the same.'

Lippitt said 'How can I leave my hometown club! I am going to lead them all the way to the Premiership.'

The Observer even led with this story as there back page. Lippitt is held in high regard all over Warwickshire at the moment. He becomes Brakes highest ever paid manager on £1,300 a week.

Brakes Play Solihull!

Leamington today have a chance to take a huge step closer to the Blue Square North Title. They play a team that can't win against them in Solihull Moors.

Leamington Captain Tom Hutchinson has put out a rallying call stating a win here and Brakes could be on the verge of there first ever league title, ofcourse they did win the old southern premier league in the 70s but were told they could not go up to the football conference because there ground was not up to scratch.

Lippitt who last match dropped Laurie Walker in favour of Jamie Butler will keep his place in the team. Captain Hutchinson starts alongside close friend Blackburn and Eddie Hutchinson is dropped in favour of Keiren Dyer. Adeyinka and Moore are up front so Morrison and Riorden drop to the bench.

Starting Line Up's

Boa Morte Dive overshadows a cracking game of Football

28th min: Klukowski picks the ball up and hits a superb cross field ball to Andre Blackman. He goes past Rooney as if he wasnt there, and past Jones too, he lifts the ball into the area and Adeyinkaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa scores!!!!! A fantastic headed goal but when you leave Tashan unmarked he is going to punish you! 1-0 Leamington

47th min: Klukowski has been part of everything good for Leamington today, he passes the ball back to Blackburn who lays it off to Dyer who runs in the open space left for him, Klukowski receives it from Dyer and makes a immediate pass to the area and Adeyinka who holds it up wonderfully. He taps it to Riordan who back heels it to Boa Morte. Boa Morte goes down and unbelievably wins a penalty. That dive belonged in the Olympic 10m diving championships. Klukowski places it he has scored 6 out of 6 this season and make that 7 OUT OF 7 he drills it into the top right hand corner.

94th min: There is the final whistle and Leamington Brakes are 2 points away from Blue Square Premier League Football next season. Andre Blackman is the man of the match but Boa Morte is being surrounded by the Solihull Moors team and they are not impressed. For Lippitt he can't wait until the next game.
How far would u go for Leamington....
Commentary is not bad at all but can be improved.
