A.C. Milan Coach Fired

Today A.C. Milan have fired their head coach Massimiliano Allegri with immediate effect after rumours emerged he had a training ground bust up with players; Mario Balotelli, Boateng and Abate during the first training session of the season. Reports suggest that he was not pleased with how Balotelli composed himself during his first ever A.C. Milan training session and confronted Balotelli during a practice match. Boateng and Abate supposedly joined in and ended up having to restrain Balotelli after Massimiliano Allegri accused Balotelli of being a overhyped player and regrets signing him.

A.C. Milan has released the following statement just moments ago. “We can confirm Massimiliano Allegri has been sacked with immediate effect after a training ground bust up with three players, who we shall not confirm. The media already have reports on who the involved were but we will be confirming this any time soon. Massimiliano Allegri has shown in his time here that he is a passionate manager and we wish to thank him for this and wish him luck in the future, however we believe he crossed a lone and this was the only way to deal with it. Massimiliano Allegri has apologised to the players involved before he left the training ground today after we had told him we had no choice but to let him go. We promise our fans that we will do what we think is best for the club and hire a man that can take us back to where we belong, but we do not guarantee we will sign a big name manager. Sometimes the best managers are the least known.”

Strong words from A.C. Milan and we can only wait and see what happens next.

A.C. Milan Hire Joshua Bean

http://www.9footballshirt.com/product_images/uploaded_images/ac-milan-wallpaper42.jpg

A.C. Milan has announced today on their official website that they have hired unknown manager Joshua Bean (25) from Wellingborough, England. Joshua was currently working with his non-league local team Wellingborough Town who are in the United Counties League and had saved them from relegation just the previous season. From what little is known about Joshua Bean according to his team, who were stunned he had joined A.C. Milan, boasted about how good he is. Star player Gokan Ulker had this to say about his old manager. “He is a very good manager, a lot better than our level and I think he can deal with the huge jump in levels. He is a calm man who loves the beautiful game more than most people I know. He is also very tactically aware and loves to play good possession football that will suit Seria A very well. He will be fine!”

We have been unable to contact Joshua Bean or A.C. Milan to get more on this developing story, but as we here it A.C. Milan fans are surprisingly happy about the decision to hire Bean as many see it has a fresh start to regain their dominancy in Italy and Europe.
I don't like Milan a lot, but I wish you a successful career there. Are you staying for the long-term or is it a springboard for other jobs?

Cheers mate! I don't particuarly like them much either but really wanted to do a Seria A and thought Milan appealed to me :) As for longterm ect. I am hoing to be here for ages and won't accept other job offers within the first 5 years at least. Saying that I could be sacked after 2months..... ;)

Club Overview, My Choice of Tactics, Aims and Transfer Budget

Club Position Overview:
It is apparent that I will need to strengthen the CB position if I am to if I am to have any chance against the better teams such as Juve, Inter and Napoli. Midfield is very strong and Balotelli upfront is enough to keep any defence worried. So I am fully concentrated on strengthening the CB position.

Choice of Tactics:
I have based my tactic on the style of play in the Italian league. It is all about possession and my three man midfield will help me keep the ball very easily. The pace of my front three is enough to scare any defence in the world and not only that they are all good at finishing. The wingbacks are used to bomb forwards and give support to the wingers and get themselves into crossing positions.

Transfer Budget:
I have been given a very low budget of only £1.73m and spare wages of £21.94k. With this budget it will be very difficult to get any world class young players so may have to one or two other ageing players for the first season.
Any suggestions on who to buy are appreciated 

My Aims:

First year: Qualify for the Champions League.

Second year: Challenge for the league and at least get to a domestic cup final. Quarter final at least in Champions League.

Third year: Win a cup and at least come a close second in the league.

Fourth year: Win league, domestic cup, at least semis of Champions League.

Fifth year: Win everything. Or at least the Champions League and the league.

Reason for easy first year is I always aim average for the first season so I can build from there :)
Good luck Beany :)

First Press Conference for Bean

I entered the press room at exactly 09:00. I was one for being punctual I thought, I had half an hour to kill before I was required in the press room for my first ever press conference. I was dying of nerves, my legs kept shaking and I was struggling to keep my thoughts on track. Scenarios ran through my head, what if they ripped into me for being a ‘nobody’, I needed to make sure I didn’t bite.

My PA came in at 09:15 to run through who was here and what sort of things to say, but we both knew I wasn’t concentrating my PA was as nervous as me. Then the phone call to my PA’s phone telling me it as time. It was time I stepped on the world stage for millions to see.

I took my seat in the centre of the table for three. On my right was the owner Silvio Berlusconi, to my left was my PA and in the centre was me. The nobody from Wellingborough.
I sipped my water and the first question came and then the next and the next. The questions flied and I never had second thoughts of my replies. It was great! I am no officially a A.C. Milan manager and my time is now!
So err, what did you actually say in that interview? :P
Nice update :)
