Welcome to my first tactic in Football manager 2017.

Every year when SEGA release Football Manager I starting my new game with AC Milan because I am a big fan of that Italian club.

Before making my tactic in this FM 2017, I was reading an article of Cleon on SI forum Art of possession football and art of attacking football.

So let's start...

4-4-1-1 Formation

My interpretation is a 4-4-1-1 as illustrated below.

Team Shape:

I learned that very fluid shape gives your entire team the same or very similar mentalities and in combination with standard mentality your players on pitch would be as one and bring your team stability.

- Prevent Gk. Use
- Offside Trap
- Stay on feet

Attacking Instructions

- Whipped Crosses
- Play from Defence & Pass into Space
- Work ball into box
- Shot passing

Freedom

- Roam from postion
- Run at defence
- Be more expresive
