How to install

Go to documents -> Sports interactive - > Football Manager 2020 -> editor data and paste the file

Open game. Remove checkbox of "Add Players to Playable Teams" on the adding league page.

If you leave club remaining wage budget to "10K" in editor and then release all it's players who have "100k" wages total, club will only have 10k wage budget to hire new squad...

Brilliant idea - however wage budgets are hugely reduced so you can't build a squad...

This is great with only one fault i have noticed so far. Is there anyway to expand the wages as the richest club man utd can only offer 94k at max. Leaving the elite players unattainable. Looking forward to using this save if that can get fixed.
