There are 9 leagues for a total of 6 division levels where you find 200 teams. The 6th level brings together the last 4 leagues to form 4 groups, a total of 96 teams for only 4 promotions. I counted more than 45 mangas.

Don't forget to delete the "Fake" files to play Japan or Germany otherwise the players will not be able to play for the nation.
