How to unlock the NEW FORMAT OF THE BRAZILIAN NATIONAL LEAGUES on FM 2019

Move the downloaded .fmf file to:
\ Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2019 \ data editor \
Create the "publisher data" folder, if it does not already exist.

Open Football Manager 2019 and start a new career. In the upper-right corner of the screen, under "Database," make sure this file is selected.
