An ideal starter tactic for teams developing towards a more pragmatic style of play. It gets results.
A really good representation of the formation that Chelsea dominated the English Premier League with, during Jose Mourinho’s first reign.
While creating this tactic I had Chelsea in mind. I used my knowledge of those players as a starting point and tweaked it to work in the latest 16.3 patch.
Key Attributes and PPM's per position
I know you’re not able to click your fingers and buy Xavi for your team but 'try' to get players who fit the roles with AT LEAST one of the required PPM's in each position and have them learn the missing ones asap.GK: none

Tactical Tips
The key of this tactic is the familiarity of the shape no matter what strategy you have. Keeping the shape and only changing your mentality is the only thing you have to change.Less than 45% possession? Click "Retain Possession"
More than 66% possession? Click "More Expressive" and "Roam from position" (This means the other team isn’t pressing you)
Set Pieces
The defaults for the tactic are my own. Change at your leisure.Enjoy.
