Conte's Spurs Counterattacking 3-4-3

Plug and play! A WIP tactic designed for the current Tottenham team. High xG domination counterattacking style.

I have tinkered with the 5-2-3 formation in FM for some time now, but right as FM23 was released I had to try again.

I emulated Conte's tactics of fluid counter attack - this is a mid-block formation with a balanced mentality.

The intention is to draw the opponent toward you so you can hit them on the break.

The defensive stats of this formation have not been stellar but I'm really pleased with how the attack has developed.

I haven't tested this formation as extensively as other creators for their formations, as this is still a work in progress, but I hope others have as much fun with this formation as I have.
