This is not a pure plug and play tactic and you need to be capable to do small tweaks during matches.

I received a lot feedback where teams like Cesena, Monchengladbach, Le Havre and others who managed to win instant titles!
In case of red card, remove mezzala and change the duty of inside forward to support.
When you need to score at home, push the defensive line to much higher and change the roles of both defenders to BPD on cover duty.Roles are very demanding, so definitely it will not be easy to build team!
I have also included the v1 of the tactic that is more balanced, so I suggest you mix both of them for better results.
