that worked perfectly mate ,thank you!.
it was the folder inside that was causing the trouble.
1 - Check inside your DF11 Megapack folder.
If you have other folders inside the DF11 Megaapck folder than you have to remove them.
Having folders inside the DF11 Megapack will block the original DF11 faces.
2 - If you have downloaded the cut-out pack as well, than you have to rename it to place the DF11 Facepack on top of the list.

I installed the latest's updates the same way I always do, and it has deleted all the faces I originally had and has reverted back to the cutouts.
I have tried clearing cache and reloading skins but it doesn't seem to be working.
Is there anything you would recommend trying? thanks !
The other download options are creating an overload of bandwidth and can only be accessed after contacting the DF11 website.

It is a Drive issue.
Please use the torrent download.

Drive, Mediafire and torrent.
You can pick Mediafire or torrent in case Drive doesn't work for you.
Update Nr.2 for the new season 20-21 is out now!
Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City, Newcastle, Everton, Aston Villa and Leeds United are available in tomorrows Update pack Nr.2.
Chelsea and the other PL teams wil become available on November 1.
