Thanks to the supplied intelligent software from 'Maradonna90's NewGan Manager',the faces are displayed automatically on basis of external characteristics that often occur in a certain continent.

Also, I don´t understand how to generate NewGan images to regens, while being employed
1. Create your newgens using the manager as normal.
2. Open the config file and go to EDIT
3. Select REPLACE
4. Find what = /person/
5. Replace with = /person/r-
6. Save
7. "Reload Skin" in PREFERENCES in FM24
8. You'll have to do this every year after generating your newgens.
The NewGan Manager creator needs to update his software first, although he isn't very active since 2 years now.
Manually, It does work, but it is pretty time consuming.
Therefore you need to create a config file and add the NewGan ID's manually to it.
Once done you have to rename the Newgan images of your choice with the matching ID's.
