4-2-3-1 Diablo's Return to FM22

El'Diablo's tactic from Football Manager 2020 is a tactic I never tested in FM20. I stumbled on this tactic when I revisited an old save from the game and recreated the tactic for Football Manager 2022. I tested this with my Leeds United team that was struggling with bad morale and I still got amazing results in a few games.

The roles are quite basic and you should have players that can execute the tactic. For the Segundo Volante, you can use a defensive midfielder with good physical attributes who is competent in passing to play that role. By competent, I mean he can pass a ball. He does not necessarily have to be the best passer in your team. Like most things in football, the higher the attribute, the better. Credit to El'Diablo for creating this amazing tactic for FM20. It still works in FM22.
