Initially created in FM21, this is the first tactic to go under the microscope for FM22.

A patient, slower paced 4-4-2 playing with a False 9.

Atletico Madrid sacked me when I used this in the old game, the results were very very different this time.

Tested with Atletico Madrid, Valencia, Arsenal, OL.

Weekly Match prep, including teamwork and match tactics are needed to help the players understand what's going on, as well as Match Review after each fixture.

Do this early and throughout the season and you will see the benefits.

For the individual players, train them for the position they are going to play and the tactic will benefit.

same with my lower league darlington save. The team cant defend one bit but have a striker set as poacher who has 36 games in 28 games. Top with 61 goals and 43 conceded in 28

this tactic really helped me. I chance the impact off the game by contester and if its away or home etc.

I've made a similar tactic with Man United, but with more attacking wingers. Really does seem to work for creating goals in FM22 so far, although the defensive side is a bit scuffed.
